Grateful Bread

Got an Americano and a Club sandwich on sourdough (with light onion). So good, so perfect, so tasty! Bread is so fresh, and the right amount of soft, firm and chewy. Free wifi and a welcoming place to sit, eat, people and read.

It is truly the tragedy of my life that I live nowhere near this place and cannot go daily. When visting my sister she insisted I had to go, since my #1 favorite food is good ol' butter croissant and friends...this is the BEST ONE. I've had croissants everywhere and plentifully and I dream of this croissant. Not to mention, we got a few sandwiches and scones and everything here is A+. EVERY. THING. A must go!!

Bread is delicious! We had the chocolate croissant, breakfast sandwich, bagel and cinnamon roll. Would highly recommend. The bread is so flaky!

Whenever I'm in town, I'm a frequent flier at Grateful Bread! My go-to order is an iced oat milk latte or just espresso shots, both are always great. I used to work for cafe vita so it's likely I'm biased, but I love the way the coffee tastes. I'm a sucker for the almond poppy seed muffins so I usually try to get in early to ensure I can snag one (or two whoops). Our family also loves the croissants and usually take a box home to warm up later. I can't speak on any of the baked goods/sammies other than the muffins and croissants, but if they're anywhere close to as good I know I'll love them.It's small town vibes inside. I usually walk down with my two dogs and they sit outside while I go in to grab the coffee and snack (and dog treats!). I usually see a couple people I know or at the very least people I've seen in there before. Does that make me a regular? Twist my arm. The ambiance is cozy and quaint and it's a great place to go get work done when I have things to do on my laptop, too. The staff is always sweet and meet me with a smile.. and usually talk to me about my two cute pups sitting outside. I always leave feeling better than I did when I went in, and I think that's a testament to how special of a spot this is in the heart of town.

Go for the pastries and baked goods. Then go across the street to C.C.'s for the coffee. 100% recommend the croissants, breakfast sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, and the pink cookie.Be prepared to wait. It's worth it... but be prepared to wait.

This isn't a bakery. It's just sliced bread from a supermarket that they warm up in a toaster oven. They have an espresso machine here but the coffee is worse than Starbucks (which is a very low bar already).

Super cute local coffee shop! Their biscuit and gravy was pretty good as was their breakfast sandwich. Hot chocolate, cookies, and drip coffee were more mediocre but there was plenty of other things to try! We went Saturday morning and the line was out the door but abundant street parking was available. Service was good and it seemed like they knew their regulars. The coffee shop is quaint and a good place to chat with others.

Today, May 14, 2024, is the third time that I have been here. Of course I come out here to do other business. But when I'm here, I always stop in at the "Greatful Bread Baking Company & Cafe" in Duvall Washington. It's located in a quaint old gray with white trim early 20th century style storefront. It serves breakfast and lunch, and the greatest chocolate chip cookies and other confectionaries. Ellie, Bella, and Mike are among the friendliest people you find around these parts. I've never eaten breakfast or lunch here yet, but probably next time I will. They take mobile pay and have free Wi-Fi (password on chalkboard at register). Fabulous shop with indoor seating. Delicious food options and great coffee. Happy to have found this place.
