Granny's Brier Patch

I'm new to the area and saw Granny's as I drive around. Tried it for breakfast and it was great. Friendly service, good comfort food, and reasonable prices. I'll be back for sure.

Great little local diner. Food is always tasty, home-style rather than gourmet chef-style. Complimentary cookies most times. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

This is the best off highway 41 near Springfield Tennessee Best food wish they were closer food awesome, fast and not expensive for what you get. Very friendly and service is great.

I am fairly new to the area and yesterday was my second time eating here.The food was delicious and the waitress was very charming and likable.Also was treated to a freshly baked cookie as a token of appreciation.This has become my favorite place to eat in such a short time.I highly recommend this place to all.

Very good hometown favorite. They can do breakfast as good as the next guy. Nice menu for all meals.

Loved this place. I had blackened catfish. Others had real chicken fingers, not the rubber chicken like other places, chicken fried steak, hamburger steak. All were excellent and generous portions. Will def be back here

We wrote a accurate review which was horrendously bad from the nasty owner who could have cared less that we were pushed out of the facility (as they decided to close 20 minutes early?!?) cleaned with pungent floor cleaner 10 minutes after we received our food?! We asked them to please stop cleaning our area but it was too late and we had been there literally for 40 minutes total time (or less actually) then as we were served our food and asked basically to get out.... Horrible experience never will we go back and when I call the next day to express the very disappointing situation the owner said:That's what happens we clean the place and we decided to close early?! (even though the kid was next to our table)!??And if you don't want to come back that's fine! Have a Blessed day?!?!? WTH?!?In my industry if a Manager or (OWNER NEVER WOULD DO) said that to one of our guests he would be led out the door so fast his head would swim.... gone forever never to be seen again....PERIOD! Being an Executive VIP Concierge I know how people should be treated as that's what I've been paid for (along with Marketing at each Resort) & have been recruited for years?! He is a First Class AH he knew it NEVER should be in the restaurant industry no matterhow TINY his facility is?!? FACT....

best neighborhood eatery! Homestyle southern cooking at it's best. Well worth the drive from South Nashville . We can't wait to go back. The catfish and the fried chicken were wonderful, the sides were tasty and generous portions. Be sure to check their FB page for their hours.

We've been wanting to try this place out for awhile now. Just got hungry for meat and three on a recent Friday afternoon. We passed the restaurant on our way to a barbecue place in Springfield and decided to turn around. Usually we gauge how good a place is by how busy they appear to be. It was almost 2 and the parking lot was full. I got catfish. It was delicious and the fried okra was good too! We'll definitely be eating there more often

Not sure how they stay in business, food was bland and terribly overpriced for what we got. Greenbrier has few restaurants, probably the only reason they continue.
