Grandstand Pizza

LONG OVERDUE... Nosebleed XXX chicken strips and fries. Enough said. Pure bliss. Taste-xplosion, mouth on fire and I'm loving every single bite! What a GEM of a place. They got it right - nice friendly people fast service when picking up and cool little pizza place. Will be back again and again.

I'm sorry there are no pictures because we demolish these pizzas as soon as they are delivered. I happen to be looking for a pizza spot to deliver and found this one.The first pizza I ordered was the Nick's Pizza and we both loved it though my gf wasn't a fan of the pineapples. The pizza was so good that she immediately overlooked that. The next two times we got the Dugout and this is a tier meat lovers pizza. This is my go to spot and one day we will find this spot and dine in. Highly recommended!!!!

Got my favorite pizzia from my go to place. Margarita pizza, Chicken Alfredo pizza and cheese. Great flavor and perfect crust, hand tossed

It really is so good. The sauce is perfect, the dough is fluffy, pick up service is so helpful and it's a classic looking pizza shop. Gets you just want you need! He eat for grab and go, it's a bit warm inside so get a cold drink to go.

Delicious pizza at grandstand Pizza go see Gus he will make you the best pizza. Absolutely delicious!

Normally I love Grand Stand Pizza on Magnolia, but last night I had a super embarrassing and illegal experience. And will definitely not be ordering or coming back. I was out and had my fully trained service dog Smash with me. The guy comes out from the back and points to a no pets sign. I politely say he's a service dog not a pet and I have disabilities that he helps mitigate. I shouldn't have to air this out but have a joint/connective tissue condition and he helps me with my mobility on days I need extra help as well as my anxiety in which he is able to keep me grounded, lead me to exits or take me back to my car if I get overwhelmed or perform DPT if I'm having a panic attack. He also alerts to my blood pressure since that has been an issue off and on my whole life. He then tells me he's just following the sign. And I explained to him it was illegal to deny access to a service dog. And he just didn't care I guess? If my disabilities were able to be seen would he have asked me to leave? I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. We ended up going elsewhere and having 0 issues.

Please note that I'm giving this one star, only because 0 stars is not an option here.This used to be my favorite local pizza go-to, not sure what's going on but the service is just straight-up terrible. Bordering on the offensive.Recently we ordered a pizza and it was delivered incorrectly. When we called to ask if it could be made right, the worker was extremely abrupt and told my husband they were too busy that night and nothing could be done. No new pizza, the employee refused the request of a credit on a future pizza (saying that the manager wasn't in to request this of). He was uncooperative, unapologetic, and very, very rude.The next day I called to ask to speak to the manager or owner to discuss the situation (I'm no Karen, however the whole experience was so surprising and disappointing I wanted the manager to be aware). I was told by the same man I'd spoken with the night before that the manager wasn't in and he had no idea when he would be. For a week I called at all different times hoping to catch the manager/owner - who I remember always being super pleasant no matter how busy he was - to no avail. This same man consistently answered my calls to let me know the manager/owner was not in, his whereabouts, timing and schedule unknown.I've stopped calling and have thrown in the towel on this establishment, crushed that I will never be able to enjoy pizza and service that I once loved. I mention this to people whenever the topic of pizza comes up because I do not want anyone else to go through this. Obviously management and ownership have changed, and we will never order from here again. This "new" Grandstand Pizza is a devastating loss for El Cajon.

This was the third time we've placed a large order at Grandstand Pizza for work to have pizzas for our team, and each time it has been a big hit! Last night, I called ahead and spoke with Gus. We had scheduled a delivery through UberEats and needed 15 pizzas. I called to let them know that the order would be coming through to ensure they would be ready, and they were more than happy to accommodate the order. Gus was very friendly and professional, and even followed up after to make sure everything was up to par! Our team absolutely devoured the pizzas! Everyone loved that it was from a local spot, much better quality than most chains that you typically order from when you need a lot of pizzas. Very happy to support a local small business that is friendly and supports their community in times like this. I'll be recommending Grandstand to all my friends and family whenever they need pizza!

The food is great and they have so many choices. I finally tried the Greek salad and dressing like it, but I love the chef salad. BTW. THIS PLACE IS NOT CLOSED.
