All pizza not a diner they do not serve anything on the diner menu just fyi ! Take that false extra stuff down guys .pizza looks n smells good but it's the only thing they had was pizza sitting out ! Plus the guy was rude hopefully you don't get him!

This place is fantastic. Great service, clean, parking in the back, and the traditional Roman style pizza is delicious. They also have a gelato area. Highly recommend

The food here was fantastic! Much better than the previous owner. They upgraded the place and much more importantly the food.Service was great, very welcoming. Food was made to order quickly and the portions generous.Prices are fair, great for families with kids!

Delicious pizza and panini with gelato for dessert. Service was great and authentic. Ambiance was fun and has a cool vibe. Ordering from the pizza counter was confusing as we only saw pizza slices but you can order items from the full menu at the pizza counter. Gelato was at another counter and the selection was amazing. Refills on ice tea was appreciated! Painted mural wall Gelati and Peccati design and font conflicted with the menu design font. Confusing menu design has a diner 1950's Jeston cartoon vibe. Wall mural has a cool clean summer vibe. All good though. Food was good. Recommend margarita and Sicilian, pass on the BBQ pizza. Mocha hazelnut gelato was moto bene!

Honestly, I was bummed when Angelo's, the burger joint that was previously located here, when out. I didn't absolutely love their burgers but I respected how long they had been around. They were a landmark of sorts.But if Angelo's had to be replaced, welcome to yet another venture by the Buona Forchetta folks who can apparently do no wrong.So what can you get here? Well, a little bit of everything. They've got a ton of different Roman-style pizza slices, they've got delicious gelato, they've got a coffee bar, and they've got a diner with a pretty extensive menu, including burgers.The pizza is really good. It's cut into squares and you get two squares with each order. They are fluffy slices but still very filling. The ingredients are excellent. They had one style with pumpkin--seriously--that I thought I would hate but ended up loving.The ingredients on the slices are crazy fresh. They also aren't overloaded with cheese, although I have never complained about too much cheese on anything.We also tried the gelato. It's pricey but you get a couple of big scoops. The flavors are not traditional but the stuff is delicious. You can get samples, too.There's seating inside or you can take your grub to go. The workers were extremely friendly and helpful.

If you're trying to choose between the other franchise pizza places in the area and Gelato & Peccato...run don't walk to GP Diner! My family immigrated from Sicily & Napoli to New York so I grew up immersed in Italian culture and authentic Italian food. When I walked out of this restaurant, I felt like I had just taken a mini visit to Italy. The food is authentic, fresh, delicious, and the owners treat you like family. We also loved the fridge full of high quality pints of gelati you can take home with you. Highly recommend!

Was excited to try this place after walking by it for months..... until I had to engage with the server (the guy at the counter who heats up your pizza). Wow. Rude and argumentative. I cannot eat fresh mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella but can eat the aged mozzarella that is more common on pizzas. My body just doesn't like it and I'll spare you the stomach details. Each of the pizza slices had either fresh or Buffalo mozzarella on top - with the aged/harder kind pre-baked underneath. I asked if he could take the soft dollops off the top before he heats it up and he said no (why not?), then proceeded to try and lecture me on cheese and that it's all the same so it doesn't matter. I know my cheese. I also know what my stomach can tolerate. He kept arguing with me saying there's nothing for me- ok, must not need customers. To the owner, manager or jerk guy behind the counter: Please google fresh mozzarella, aged mozzarella and buffalo mozzarella, which are all different and guess what, the Buffalo kind comes from Buffalo milk. And then stop arguing with customers. Had they removed the dollops of the soft stuff (was easy to do), I would have tried the pizza. Now with such a horrible experience, I'll never go back. Seriously rude server. Unfriendly, unhelpful and lacks knowledge.

the service started when we first walked in, welcomed with a smile and politely answering all of our questions. i'm not sure his name but this guy made sure my friend and i got what we wanted whether it was recommending what he thought was best or splitting up the pizza even though technically it wasn't on the menu. the seating arrangements was nice, beautiful whether perfect for a nice table outside. the food came quickly and it tasted good. the crust was crispy and the cheese melted in my mouth. very good i would recommend

Their flatbread pizzas are some of my favorite! There is a huge selection to choose from, ranging from your normal to unique slices. I forgot their names, but I tried their slice that had artichokes and spicy salami and a funghi (I think that's how it's spelled) slice. The one with the spicy salami was easily one of my favorites where it had a surprising amount of spice! The pizzas themselves were full of flavor, had an amazing crisp, and nice fluff to the inside. I also tried their slice that had potatoes and that was just as good! Definitely would recommend trying their spicy salami/artichoke slice and ones with potatoes if you wanted to try something different!

This place was great! I loved the large selection of pizzas which included vegan options. The food is delicious and I love their aesthetic. I didn't try their gelato at this location but love their gelato in North Park!
