Goodwood Tavern

Came here on a mission for late night food. Was able to secure some shrimp tacos, and nachos. The nachos were insanely good, however the shrimp tacos were meh. The tortillas were soggy, and way too small. For bar food it should be easily edible -- these were sadly not easy to consume. The actual flavor profile was great though. Drinks were moderately pricey, but reasonable for scottsdale - and the service was a solid 4/5. Overall I wouldn't make my way here specifically but if it was on the docket for a night out, I'd gladly grab these nachos and just add the shrimp next time!

We passed by this place a few times and stopped in last night in Scottsdale. Seems like a decent venue with patio seating, bar food, and full bar. This place stays open till 2am and was recommended by a bartender from another establishment.

-10. My stepdaughter and her friends were here tonight. Bouncer kicked them out because of a double chin?!? Called her a heifer. I can understand if they were drunk and belligerent, which they were not. However, appears that they were being singled out because of looks. My stepdaughter is not ugly. What if she was depressed and did something further because of this? Having lived in the Phoenix area, this is exactly why I didn't like Scottsdale. If you didn't fit their profile with money, looks and/or status, you were discriminated against. She is a senior nursing student and was looking to relocate to the area. Why would she now? Guess maybe need to contact an attorney about slander. Stay away.I'd like to discuss further with the OWNER, like it would matter.

This is my favorite spot to hit after work, I've been here like four nights in a row. The vibes and music are always on point and the staff is amazing. Jason, Nate, Marcus, and Mackenzie are spectacular bartenders. The door guys Danny, Jeff, and Tyler are awesome.Good food, drinks, ambiance and all around good time.

Great place with fabulous food and service but NOT tonight! The blond female bartender with huge lips was so engrossed in her bitch fest about her ex-boyfriend with my neighbor at the bar that she decided it was a huge inconvenience to do her job. Every time I asked for anything normal like the flavors of hard seltzer, she acted like it was way to "hard" to do and gave me some generic answer like "just variety pack." If I'm going to pay $12 for 1 drink, I would expect the courtesy of available flavors without a dramatic response from the bartender. Also sadly the chicken was overcooked in my favorite sandwich, and I lost my appetite from all the stress and fed it to my dog Zeke. I noticed another review from a customer who visited last month which sounded like it was also about her, so she's obviously ruining an otherwise fantastic bar experience for more people than me. If someone would rather talk about their boyfriend problems than take care of customers, I think they deserve the night off, because I am not getting paid to sit there and stress over her emotional issues. I have enough of my own, thank you!

When it comes to being the best bar in Scottsdale, Goodwood Tavern takes the spot. Great food, amazing vibe, and first class hospitality. Trevor, Jason, Nina, and the entire team make this a must visit spot when visiting Scottsdale or the Phoenix area.

I've been here a few times when traveling to Scottsdale. Friendly staff, food is great.

McKenzie is a godsend! This was also the best burger I've had in a while! Love it! I will come back again
