Things are too hectic and crowded while they make sandwiches. When mine was completed, it just didn't taste that great when dressed up normally. The 6 inch turkey was lacking flavor and the cookie was too thin as well.

Was craving a sub and soup, so headed over, no greeting so I thought I'd look them in the eye and say hello. Ordered the soup, it came out watery like it needed a straw not a spoon and COLD. The guy cutting the meat and cheese was great, the lady with the long messy hair - very rude. Felt like we were ruining her day by needing dinner. Won't be back.

This sandwich chain reminds me a lot of Jersey Mike's. This particular place has specials every day and thus the pricing is better than Jersey Mike's due to the specials. What is super cool is that joining their rewards program automatically gives you $5 off your first order. The service is amiable and the food is above average.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!Missing food, door dash is now taking there deliveries, had to drive to store to get missing food after spending almost $60, told my husband we don't care if you don't come back.Very sad as this has been my favorite sub place for a long time!

Usually my go to for a great sandwich, however, today not so much. I took my lunch break and drove to pick up my sandwich only to get back to work and open it to find raw undercooked bread. I called the and spoke with the manager (Brandon, I believe) and he offered to remake the sandwich if I wanted to drive back to pick it up. Which was annoying as i only get a certain amount of time for lunch.... Anyways, he asked me what was in the sandwich and I told him... I got the new sandwich and returned to work only to find there was no mayo. I called back again and he told me he put on what I told him. This is the was to loose loyal customers. With management like him, this place will go down hill fast.

My fiance and daughter wanted to get this place tonight for dinner, we got it delivered to us, and again... Every sandwich was wrong, none of them didn't have lettuce on them, my sandwich didn't have the double meat that I paid extra for, there was no oil and vinegar. Looks like we ever get this place again, we will have to go in and make sure we get our orders correct, since it seems that online orders are to complicated.

This is a little overdue, but kudos to the young man who helped me with my order on June 16th. My husband and I had our grandkids and daughter over to swim before a few were moving out of state. I waited till the last minute to decide I really didn't want pizza and wings again, but how about a tray of subs. I found the perfect 12 cut sub tray offered at Mr. Goodcents and called to order. While hesitant, because typically orders like this should be placed in advance, the young man helping me agreed to take the order. I arrived about 30 minutes later and everything was ready to go. The trays were perfect, and the condiment bottles got lots of oohs and aahs! The subs were delicious and fresh and a huge hit with everyone, even the younger grands. And the price was substantially less than pizza and wings. I will definitely order these trays again, in advance!
