Wanted a healthy lunch so I tried this spot and it didn't disappoint at all! I saw the reviews said the service was a little slow so i ordered 30 minutes before arriving to give them plenty of time and it was ready when i got there. I ordered the Asian bowl without the carrots and almonds and added grilled chicken and sweet potatoes. It was delicious. The sauce definitely added the perfect touch. Everything was flavorful and persisted well. I definitely will be back to try something else!

The food was surprisingly good! It looks a while to prepare but it was absolutely worth it. I thought the price point was great. If there was a best value award, I think this restaurant deserves it. It was a perfect balance of price and quality. I got a Caesar salad and a turkey burger. The salad was fresh! And it tasted great! I loved that it wasn't over burdened with cheese or bacon. It was a good balance of toppings. Well, maybe a little less blue cheese, but still good! Also, the turkey burger was so good! Not over cooked at all! No mayo on it or nothing and it tasted great. So happy to see a restaurant like this open up in the area! They have my full support and I will be stopping by again soon! The service was great. You could tell the people behind the counter were invested in the business. The ambiance made it feel right at home. Not over the top. Just a good, casual place to where you're not limited to a menu of deep fried foods. MORE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE!

This place a very welcomed surprise. My grandson and I was looking for a local spot on the Eastside of Atlanta near Lithonia. Also, was looking for something healthy as well.We searched the surrounding area near where we were and this was one of the spots that came up. Glad we picked this one. The food was awesome and so fresh and Hot; they cook to order. The space was very clean and the staff was very friendly.The location was very surprising and not where you would expect a healthy food restaurant( a small strip mall site.Otherwise, everything was great including the prices. I will definitely be back the next time I am on that side of town. A Welcomed Surprise Spot !!!!

I'm so happy to have discovered this place. It's close to home, they have nice food options and it's definitely a good eat! I've been on a few time, but each time, I've had their Caesar salad - once with shrimp, another time with chx and the last with their vegan chx...YUM! It's so filling and tasty and my close to home go-to when I'm on the mood for a salad.

The rice bowl was fairly good. We had the southwest bowl with seared tuna and the soul food bowl with fried chicken. The bowls they come in are not sturdy at all but food was flavorful.

The service here is painfully slow. The portion sizes are small. The quality of the food is fair.

Food here is pretty good but the service is soooooooooo slow. Ordered 1 soul food bowl and it took 30+ minutes for get it. Lunch break completely done by the time I got it. No urgency from the staff or anything. Only go here if you really have time

Great service and great food! We placed a large order for our staff as soon as they opened. It was hot and ready the moment we came to pick it up. Our food was ready faster here than when we place orders at chic fila and less chaotic .Ashley made sure all our orders were correct and had all the condiments we needed. Anthony was one of the chefs and he helped us carry everything to our car. Everyone loved their meals, we had salmon sandwiches, salads, and bowls. There are no complaints! We'll definitely be ordering from here again! Thank Ashley, Anthony, and Antonio for the great food and service!

Other reviews brought us in and boy were we glad! The food was exactly as advertised - fresh, healthy, and delicious! The service was awesome too - from the moment we walked in there were smiles and great attitudes. Soul food bowl was the big win for me, too!!!

Delicious and nutritious! The turkey burger as well as the lamb burger was phenomenal. One recommendation add a special sauce for those burgers.
