Good Brewing Monroe

Another brewery to emerge in Monroe. I am very impressed by that! This Good Beer location is right in Monroe's downtown so it's very centrally located which is nice.This location in addition to having a large tap list also serves pizza so you stop by here and have a bite to eat with your beer if you so choose.I had a beer(sorry name escapes me as to what it actually was but was a witbier of sorts) and it definitely was solid. It had a good citrusy flavor profile to it and proved itself to be enjoyable to kick back with.This brewery has a few other locations around so if you are so inclined you should check it out!

A fun stop in Monroe, after an amazing hike to Bridal Falls and Lake Serene. A well deserved brew was anxiously waiting to be enjoyed. Being a sunny day, most people were out n about, mid afternoon, not busy at all as I entered Good Brewing Monroe, I was greeted by Liv, who was great with her knowledge of their beers, friendly and enjoyable talking with, about beers, all the music she was selecting to play.. mainly 80's, but some 70's thrown in, a cross generations appreciation for music with someone my daughters age.. yes! I'm that old, lol ... anyway I tried two of their beers , Dave's Pale Ale, refreshing and not over hoppy, very much along the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale tasting, great beer after a long hike, and Ron's Double, which was a double IPA, and more hoppy, but still very smooth going down. I definitely will try some of their food next time, it all looked good and smelled great! I was still full from snacking on the hike. So next time, after another adventurous hike in the area. Decor was cool and interesting, plenty of seating for singles, couples, or groups. Great service, good beer and food.. what more do you need? SYOY! Cheers!

It's closed. Too bad we really wanted to try it. Maybe someday it will reopen but who knows. Of well.

We got there early and there were a few groups there. Within the next hour or so (by 5/5:30) there were several groups and the place felt really vibrant. The beer was good and the service was even better. Our server was so nice, chatting with us, not rushing us. But making sure we had what we needed. The food was good. We had the tater tots appetizers and burgers. It was plenty of food. We sat for a several hours, never feeling rushed by our server. It was a very enjoyable night!

OK, this is my one night stand review. Hold your horses, this just means I frequented this brewpub one evening. And I loved it! It is a small space on Main St in Monroe. I hung out at one if the three (four?) seats at the bar with the fill-in bartender, Sophia, then with one of the regular bartenders (I am so sorry I forgot her name -- she was also charming, interesting, and a great server), and even got to chat with the cook. I had a thoroughly enjoyable evening, and my only regret was that I was only staying one night in Monroe. Good Brewing has several locations, and if the others are as friendly and offer as good an experience (and food, although that is based on word of mouth), they are great places to hang out. I can honestly say I hope to visit Monroe again soon, and will definitely make Good Brewing a part of that visit.

This place had great ambiance. They had a variety of foods and what seemed like a rotating tap list. I was especially impressed they had two ciders on tap. Monroe is lucky to have this business

Went there and it wasn't open. Started walking down the street and found an injured squirrel. I took it home and nursed it back to health. I then started to notice that the squirrel and I shared the same telekinesis properties. We could speak to each other in our minds. His name is Rambo and we live in the woods behind Walmart. While I cannot speak anything Good about Good Brewing, this has been a pivotal moment in my life. I needed a friend, and I found one. Thanks Good Brewing, you ain't too bad. Will definitely be back again, even though it is not open.Update; it is being repainted and by the looks of it is going to be a toddler toy resale store.

Just no.Everything is over priced. Small small place.Kids juice is $2 for a .25 cup that they got from school food service ?Very small menu and their pizza price is only for a cheese pizza. They add $1 per topping with zero mention of it on their menu. We ended up leaving because the pizza weren't coming out and they were understaffed. Did get a refund.Not good brewing sorry. I guess if your want to blow a lot of money to get drunk in old downtown Monroe it may be for you. Otherwise steer clear.

Stopped at this place after hiking all morning. Got the chicken sandwich with garlic fries. And the Caesar salad with blackened chicken. Food was delicious! Definitely worth checking out.
