My childhood donut! Been coming here since I was in elementary, now my boys can relive my childhood and go to the same donut shop. They have the best donut holes. I love their donuts in general, it's fresh, soft and delicious. It focuses on the donut flavor and texture. The new up and coming donut shoes aren't the same. The price is so affordable and reasonable. They don't charge an arm and a leg. The owners are lovely. She's always been friendly, I believe she remembers my sister, cousins and I since we were young. She loves seeing my boys and always giving them an extra donut to enjoy.

The ambience from the location is one that you find from the Winchell's with the large display case at the front with the freshly made doughnuts. The early morning people coming coming in to buy the singles and hot coffee and get the large dozens you get a few extras with the dozen doughnuts the best deals that takes care of the sports crowd or office. The workers are some of the best making doughnuts helping with orders you can see more doughnuts being made while your there. You can get the best on doughnuts you come early the sugars and the warm glazed and the chocolate glazed always the crowd pleaser get extra napkins. As a Yelp Elite there is such rich history in the many years of doughnuts the first starting to the days of the first and second world war. Yes doughnuts some of the best in the early morning with coffee have a great doughnut.

Look no further for yummy amazing donuts here at Golden Donuts! I'm simple and like it glazed and they make them large and fluffy here. The lady was super nice and gave us an extra donut that was dark brown and sprinkled with sugar to try. I also got a pink donut with coconut shreds and it was pretty! My boyfriend tried one with jelly filling and he ate that up. I'm not a sweet tooth but donuts are always delicious and make for an inexpensive treat. I would order donuts here to take for work next time!

One word. Delightful. They opened promptly at 5am. I had been there since 4:45am after reading about them on Yelp. Inside was clean and cases were full of treats. I've been searching for a good old fashioned doughnut and I found it here. I got it in glazed, maple, and chocolate and was quite pleased. I was also sure to try their Vietnamese Iced Coffee which was yummy. If I lived in San Diego, this would be a weekly spot but sad;y, I do not. When I return, I'll definitely be coming back and in, fact, I'll probably be back before I leave

This is our second time trying this place & we are officially hooked! Fresh fresh fresh!!! This time we opted to get the donuts delivered via doordash and the quality was still on point. We included the donuts we wanted in the comments section & they gave us exactly what we wanted. We also added a ham and cheese croissant. It was so good! Definitely recommend this donut shop! Great experience today

We always look for donut shops when traveling and this one didn't disappoint. We ordered via Uber Eats, so we didn't visit the shop, but the donuts were delicious. I especially loved the maple bar and custard-filled chocolate bar. Service was super quick too. A win win.
