Golden Donut

Fresh donuts early in the morning! Recommend their buttermilk ones they are nice and soft. Best to pay cash but they will also take Zelle or Venmo.

Damn, donuts are expensive now adays. I wouldn't say the price is great, but they were delicious classic donuts The drinks look great too. It's close to my area so I'll definitely be back. bless! PS THEY ONLY TAKE CASH OR VENMO :)

Simple donut shop. I guess they don't take credit cards as the patron in front of me had no cash . . . so I bought his $10 bag of donuts for him. Good donuts. Basic, no frills today. Dicks

I only tried the donuts here but they do also offer boba drinks and sandwiches. The donuts are fresh and the typical style you'd expect from a mom and pop shop. Worth a stop to get your fix if you're in the area. I tried the Apple fritter, which I would rate 8/10 and could be near perfect if it had more glaze. Ever since Solana Donuts closed I'm still on the hunt to find the perfect apple fritter again. The search continues.

It was ok. The donuts were average. The layout of the store makes it challenging to see what donuts are available when there are multiple people there. Another group was being helped and standing in front of the counter but the guy was trying to take our order before we had made it close enough to view much. It was also very difficult to hear anything he was saying. It was loud in there and he was very soft spoken. Coffee was average as well.

Great neighborhood donut shop with the nicest owners and staff. They are always giving my kids free donut holes. They have a selection of tasty donuts, along with bagels, breakfast sandwiches and boba drinks. I highly recommend this family owned spot.

Mediocre donuts here. For the price of these donuts you'd think they'd clean up/improve the place a bit. They don't take cards but at least they take Venmo and Zelle.

Well Date of Visit : August 21, 2023 and I was craving some Donuts in the Morning and since I was on my way To La Jolla I drove pass the Vons Grocery Store on Governor Drive and I decided why not give Golden Donuts a try and it is located next to the Vons and in the Shopping Center . Well As we parked our car it is no problem big parking lot and walk in and look over all the different types of Donuts they had and I have to say it is kind of expensive for these Donuts . But they do have a good selection of Donuts and for the special donuts it is 3.50 each and A Dozen is like 18 Dollars so I got a half dozen and I have to say they were pretty darn good !! There are tables and chairs for you to sit and enjoy your donuts outside . As for payment they only accept Vemo Zellle or Cash only No Credit Cards for payment !! Also they have drinks and Ice Cream Also !! As for Service it was not bad and Overall it's a typical Donut Shop and Donuts were pretty good but I would say A little expensive though . But I would return if I happen to be around the area .

Great, local, family run donut spot. They nail all the classics, with my favorite being the standard chocolate bar, but they also ply the more trendy options (cronuts and different toppings and such).Their sandwiches shouldn't be overlooked either, simple and greasy croissants, but a great complement to get some sweet and salty together.

We got side quested and ended up at this monstrosity of an establishment that you mortals like to call golden donuts the service was beyond horrible the man grabbing us our donuts was the most impatient bafoon I have ever spoken with (donuts were good)
