Golden Chef Chinese Kitchen

We have ordered from Golden Chef a few times now. They have always been fantastic! The portions are overly plentiful. The price is amazing great value. The quality of the ingredients is great. I can say they have the best Crab Rangoon hands down right here. The egg rolls are also fabulous. They have a great flavor and more of a shredded meat to them. A must try. Everyone has been super friendly when interacting. This is a place you need to start frequenting!!

Felt like getting some cheap Chinese takeout. We've ordered from them before and it was pretty good. We got takeout and ordered online. The order was ready as expected and didn't take too long. The pick up was easy enough.Though, a few slight issues with our order. My roommate order two veggie egg rolls and received none of them. Last time we ordered from them, she ordered two and only received 1 of the two. Maybe there's an egg roll conspiracy.The food:Orange Chicken dinner - (supposed to come with shrimp fried rice, egg roll) the orange chicken was good, I upgraded the fried rice to pork and it was also pretty good and the egg roll was goodShrimp fried rice - the shrimp was a bit weird tasting, but the rest of the fried rice was goodVeggie Egg Rolls - we never got them in our bagChicken Wings - these were definitely delicious, nice and crispy and didn't lose the crisp steaming in the bagTLDR: great for cheap Chinese...though they sometimes mess up our order in terms of veggie egg rolls (my friend is vegetarian...so essential they not contain pork)

Just tried ordering from this restaurant through Grubhub. After placing our order and waiting for 3 hours, no food and no answer from the restaurant. Deeply disappointed. I totally understand it is busy during the holidays but taking orders and then not contacting customers with delays or even if the restaurant is open is not acceptable.

As a no-frills, take-out and delivery only restaurant, Golden Chef excels in their quality and quantity of food, and amazing prices.I ordered the orange chicken plate which came with shrimp fried rice (there were a few rice options). The portion was massive, and the food was delicious - making it a deadly combination of awesomeness. The kitchen crew looked like it was literally a mom-and-pop operation. Parking wasn't an issue.

I just got delivery via DoorDash. I ordered Salt & Pepper Shrimp and it is the best I've ever had. Crispy, seasoned well, and even came with steamed broccoli which was perfect to cut the taste of the jalapeños and onions.

I had ordered the lunch special orange chicken, fried rice and eggeroll. Well when the food finally was being sent to me, because they had lack of drivers, "not my problem." I was expecting my food to be nice and hot, but boy I was wrong. It was cold, and when I called to let them know about it. That acted as if it was a non issue. Definitely the first and last time I ever bother with this sad excuse of restaurant

Strictly go here for the cheap food. Their kids special is pretty clutch. It does its job when you want some quick and cheap. The gentleman is pretty friendly. Definitely recommend getting a cold soda with your order. Goes hand in hand.

Ordered:General Tso's Chicken:Dry tough chewey chicken bites in a unexciting watery sauce.Pot stickers:Usually you get a nice bit of fried crispy on the outside dough with a nice meatball inside, this was not a meatball, it was meat mush that fell apart and was gritty, the dough was much too thick and unfinished.White rice:Watery white rice, please tell me how this is messed up?

If you are looking for bland food, this is your place! Wonton soup , eggrolls, and Mongolian combo, NO TASTE!!! I even used the soy and added white pepper ( which I usually never use) and still it sucked. The mongolian combo had hardly any sauce on it. I asked for some spicy mustard which they ignored. Never again!

The food were always great, but some of the sodas/pop they give are expired. Normally, when you pop open a can of soda, you'll here the fizz of the pressure. Please make sure to check the expiration date.
