Go Philly

Meh. This used to be a shack and the pastrami was to die for. Now it's all pretty but the pastrami is meh. Still looking for great pastrami in Tacoma. Fries were good but no fry sauce. Should offer the Russian dressing.

If anybody is looking for the absolute food spot!!! Here it is!!! The Go Philly Cheesesteaks and Wings, located in Tacoma off of 16th and Tacoma Ave S!!! Man, their food is the best!!! I just had some of their juicy, moist, and made to order Southern Fried Jumbo chicken wings for dinner yesterday and they were the best!!! They are like wings the size of your fingers!!! But I have yet to try their cheesesteaks and I heard they they were okay too!!! They got all different kinds, like a regular cheesesteak, a deluxe, a chicken Philly, a Pepperoni cheesesteak and even a Veggie one for all you vegans out there!!! I was totally satisfied with the food and everything in between. They also have another location I Lakewood (I have been there also!!!) The one thing I will say about this is that this place resembles TRUE Comfort Food!!! I would take a pic of the jumbo Chicken Wings they got, but they had to be eaten!!! Will definitely be coming again soon, you got my approval!!!

Project Pat out here in Tacoma. Been wanting to try this place for a while but I'll be straight up it's a damn shame I gotta pay for my side of hush puppies and fries with a Philly sub. Y'all are killin me. Everything taste good and it's all trill, but seriously y'all's prices and giving no sides is damn criminal. I said it straight. Cant lie it's good food and good service tho. 5 stars.

The food is average; the meat is thin chopped and hot, but still a little dry. The driveway is weird, it loops around the restaurant and even though it's one way, other cars don't pay attention. I would of thought more highly of this place, except I saw the cook eat fries while making food. That is against food safety guidelines, I won't be returning again.

Rude service is GUARANTEED here. Also, they advertise coupons and then refuse to accept them. When you ask them to follow through on their (obviously falsely) advertised special they say "We stopped that months ago", which is weird because it's been in the app for months. They also act like you're the problem just for asking. When you ask to have the owner call, they send you to the website and there isn't any contact information. Is this the kind of establishment you want to give your money to?Food is decent, if a bit salty, but it really isn't worth it to me anymore and I was a once a week customer. Met the owner and he seemed decent, but I can't deal with a small business that does the same thing corporations do to us. I'll make sure to steer clear and make sure all that I know do the same.

Conveniently located on Tacoma Ave S near downtown Tacoma, their menu has everything for everyone in the family. With outdoor seating only, we took our food home to eat. It was still nice and warm when we got home. We loved their original and deluxe cheesesteak! We also surprisingly loved their buffalo saucy cheesesteak and will be ordering that again next time! Garlic fries were delicious and their jumbo wings were nice and crunchy. Cashier was friendly and patient while we placed a large order.

They are fast and courteous and prices are decent. The food is good. (I've only ever ordered the fish and chips.) They're consistent. You can't lose if you try it. This is in regards to their Tacoma location.

Kind of disappointed with how long I waited and how my food turned out. I ordered the Swiss mushroom burger with fries. 45min wait finally got it. Burger bun was so soggy and hard to enjoy with everything falling apart. It was also super salty I could barely eat it without feeling it in my throat. Not worth coming back, plus the parking space is horrible. If the lot is full there's no way you could order and wait until a spot is available. All the hype for a bad experience

Horrible Customer Service. Extremely bad Attitude (fair skin girl).Their internet was down on the machine they use so they weren't receiving the online orders (understandable)! Whats not acceptable is slamming the window in someone's face bc you wanted to extort dominance about one sauce "Your only getting five wings!" when I told you I paid for two.Having that rude woman at the window will make you loose all your customers.Make sure you tell her to keep that same energy outside those walls!!!

I ordered some chicken tenders and a Philly cheesesteak and let in tomato and they only gave me lettuce and tomato I also paid 34 bucks for it.
