Best Cheesesteak in Tacoma. Hands down. One of the best I've ever had, including Pats & Geno's in Philly

Great service, everyone is super friendly and fast service. I like this location cause I can sit inside, have a fountain drink and watch ESPN while I wait. I got the Pepperoni Philly with American. Super delicious and melts in the mouth. Perfect amount of food too! (No pics this time, I devoured my Philly!)

The food is fantastic! Our go to is always one of their amazing Philly's & the Smash Burger! Hush puppies & onion rings are fire, So good!

I just realized I never wrote a review for this fabulous establishment!Ok. Full disclosure: I've never actually been here. Only ordered through Uber Eats during lockdown. But everything I've ordered has been super yummy. I prefer provolone over the wiz. Sorry. The wings and fries are yummy. Still have many more things to try. This may also be an unpopular opinion, but I think the leftovers reheated in the air fryer are better than day 1. ‍

Ok look, sometimes when I go somewhere, I just get what I call a bag of food. That's where you get a bunch of stuff and they hand you a giant bag... Today I did this and got a table full instead of a bag, but really, same principle... Three kinds of cheese steaks. Fried okra, catfish, two kinds of wings, Poppers, onion rings, hush puppies, coleslaw and Strawberry lemonade. My bill was about 90 bucks which surprised me a little, however price is no object when you're buying a bag of food. So let's start with the best and work our way down with the cheese steaks. These were amazing. They actually have cheez wiz steaks if you're into the original flavor, which was my first choice, but the pepperoni cheese steak equally as good. Those and the lemon pepper wings were OMG life changing. The okra was a little mushy, but not bad. Mild buffalo wings were a little vinger-y but them and the Poppers were pretty solid, above average. The onion rings and coleslaw were both about average. And I was not a fan of the catfish and hush puppies. On that note tho, they weren't bad, just not how I like my cat fish... So all that said this is a huge win. Stick to the cheese steaks and wings they bring you so much food that's all you really need anyway... Or else You'll end up with three boxes of take home food like I did!

Always a great last minute go to! Friendly staff and the cooks know what they are doing! From the proportions to the quality, all well done!

I gave you three Stars because the sandwich was great, but the Customer Service was -5. I go to this restaurant for my wife. She likes her favorite sandwich, which was great again. I usually receive stellar Customer Service, but Not tonight. It was about 8:45, I'd already ordered, and wanted to wait inside to pick-up my sandwich like I do every time I go here. I was quietly standing by the sandwich bar, and there were other folks sitting in the Lobby. The employee (Josselyn on the receipt) said something to me about waiting outside for my order. I'm very hard of hearing and did Not understand exactly what she said, but I said I'd like to wait inside since it's only going to be a couple minutes. I've been here at this time before, and wasn't Ordered to wait outside. She then said for me to calm down and not be so riled up. I wasn't even upset, let alone riled up. The conversation went South from here. She was the one who acted riled up. At this point I went outside and stood near the window. About 30-seconds later she leaned out the window and gave me my sandwich. More disrespectful words ensued and I Was then getting riled up - I couldn't get a word in edge-wise. I came here to order a sandwich for my wife, stand quietly by the sandwich bar, receive my order and leave. Not argue with a disrespectful employee. I go out of my way to treat everyone with respect, and I expect the same in return. The way this young lady talked to me (a regular Customer) tonight was disrespectful. I do Not look forward to returning.

Melty meaty and hot! Very good cheese steaks and they don't skimp on steak, I will be back.

Rotten Customer Service!!These days, if your chosen mobile ordering app does not work, you'd better be prepared to accommodate your customers. But just to tell them they have to come in and place their order and wait 15-20 mins in entirely unacceptable! Not being willing to take a simple order over the phone - when YOUR chosen ordering app doesn't work - is the epitome of terrible customer service. Legendz still makes better cheesesteak than Go Philly anyway. Next time I'll just drive a little further.

Meat not the best. Cheese sauce not the best. If you are 1000 miles from Philadelphia and want a cheese steak. Or if you've never had one. I don't recommend this.
