Go Boba

Update: Their customer service is outstanding and they truly go above and beyond for their customer! Their shipment was delayed and they were out of the containers, and emailed me as soon as they were in. Wow! I ordered again today and of course the packaging lives up to the hype, and of course the boba was delicious! And I almost forgot to mention the sriracha wings, delicious! Look forward to ordering from them again soon! I ordered through DoorDash for a work break, two Brown Sugar Milk Teas, and was really excited about the aesthetic containers seen on their website and social media and here as well. Unfortunately I was disappointed that my order was not delivered in those containers. I know it's pretty mild, but to advertise your product in those containers and not receive them was disappointing. I usually order from another Boba shop that I frequent, but decided to try something different based off the aesthetic. No where was it stated that it was an extra charge or an add on, so it's assumed all orders are delivered in those aesthetic cans. The milk tea was good, so no complaints there. But the reason for the 3 stars is due to the disappointment that I went with a different company than my normal for a specific reason, and didn't even get the reason I ordered from there. I'm not sure if those containers are for orders only received inside the store, but my comments to pass along would be to either have it as an additional charge for them, or to state somewhere that they may not be given the particular can.

I'm giving this place a 5 star because their customer service is great. Guy that cashes me out every time even when I order pho (i5pho) is always friendly to me. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea no toppings and light ice. They don't charge for no ice like some of these other places. Taste like every typical brown sugar milk tea.

However, I will say that it still tasted just as good, and was more my liking because it wasn't super sweet. It was just the right level of sweetness. Green apple blended bubble tea - again, it seems like it was made from a powder but that didn't take away from the taste. It was a bit sweet but I still liked itBanana milk tea - I have not seen a banana milk tea before so this was definitely new to me & I enjoyed it. I got this drink for my brother and he isn't one for milk teas but he still loved it. It definitely satisfied his cravings lolStrawberry limonade - super sweet, but definitely good. The rainbow jelly fit perfect with the limonade Pomegranate limonade - definitely way more sour than the strawberry limonade but if you like sour drinks, I recommend this. I had originally ordered both the lychee jelly and tapioca with this drink but only got the lychee jelly. However, again, the lychee jellies tasted amazing with the pomegranate limonade. Definitely made the sourness more tolerable as the jellies were sweet. Mangonada - The drink itself tasted amazing! Probably one of the best mangonadas that I've had. The only problem I had was with the cup and mango chunks. It was a bit hard to scoop out but I was able to get it with a longer spoon or just tilting the cup. Tapioca overall - the tapioca is super chewy. I know some people don't like it like that, but I personally do. It is a tad bit sweet but could use some soaking in honey or brown sugar. Customer service - 10/10. Everyone that I have been in contact with for go boba has been super kind and understanding. I typically post my drinks to my story to help them get out there, and they always respond back and ask how I enjoyed their drinks. This is the only place that has ever done that for me. They were also great in taking constructive criticism to help improve their business in the future. When I had the problem of paying for both tapioca and lychee jelly when I ordered the pomegranate limonade, they were kind enough to solve the problem right away!

The bottle is a cute gimmick, and the powdered mixes we ordered were nice, but the bottle itself is difficult to get the remnants of boba (for the 6 of us it was the majority of the boba in our orders) left in the bottles. I posted on Instagram to support the business. They asked how the drinks were and I said the flavors were really nice and asked if you could pop the lid to get the boba out. Instead of replying they took my photo to pose as my support for them and did not reply. So I asked again, and their response was rude - insinuating it's the fault of me and my 5 other consumers of their products. Yes, huh, "even with a big straw," when the liquid is gone you can't get the excess. You can't open the lid as it's sealed shut. You can get cheaper, more flavorful, powdered and fresh Vietnamese and Taiwanese boba at other nearby locations with kinder customer service. But again, the bottle is cute.

The drinks are amazing the customer service is great. Unfortunately they were experiencing lots of orders when we got there so it took a while because they seem to be low staff but it is well worth it the quality is amazing and options are endless. Great hygiene and wonderful experience overal

It's sooo good!!I always get milk tea with boba / lychee jelly !! It takes bit longer than other boba places But I love the bottles !!!

We did a detour to come check out the boba here and was sorely disappointed. Everything is pre-made powders and they have no black tea options. Not a legit boba shop. Recommend to go elsewhere.

I've always wanted to try boba in a can and finally got to do so at Go Boba. This place was a bit tricky to find, since their are located inside a pho restaurant. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with ube and hubby got a Vietnamese coffee.It's really cool to drink it from a can, but I think I still prefer it in a cup. The drinks were refreshing and mine was a bit sweet for me. I love the fake grass wall they have at the entrance. It's perfect for a photo op!

service was kind, and these cans are super cute and fun!!However if I were to offer some constructive criticism, I would say that the boba itself could improve... tapioca tasted a bit bland (soaking in brown sugar water or honey could help)and the teas would taste nicer if there was actual tea instead of just powder If these improvements take place, I believe this boba shop will be a hit! It's got potential :)

Quick and pleasant service. Tasty blended milk Taro Boba with tapioca. Quick and easy access from I-5. Inside Pho restaurant I-5 Pho. Fun container is like a 16 oz tall boy can :).
