This giant hole goes through 4-5 slices of the bread. For over $11 a loaf. Almost every loaf is like this. I love you GFC, but FIX THIS!!!!

I got the chocolate cake with vanilla frosting for my husband's birthday. They were able to write on the cake for me to personalize it without any issue. I'm so happy to be able to find a bakery that makes a gluten free and dairy free cake! I got there in the morning and there were tons of items in stock. The woman at the front was very helpful and gave me detailed instructions on how to store and serve the cake so that it wouldn't be dry at all. I would highly recommend this bakery!

I am in AZ for a conference and found this amazing diamond in the rough. This place is a dream for anyone who has food allergies. They had quite a large selection of treats, breads, bagels and even gluten free flour. I got a few things to try before I left AZ. The very first was a lemon cookie. I had the intention of trying a little bit of everything, but it was so good, I just ate the whole thing. The lemon was just the perfect amount - not overpowering at all. The texture was just a tiny bit flaky on the outside, but moist in the center. It was absolutely delicious - so much so, I went back to buy 2 more . Debbie was who helped me and was such a helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant person. Even if you don't have food allergies, I highly recommend coming here. If I didn't know for a fact everything was gluten free, I would have been nervous asking if they were sure it was gluten free.

FRAUDULENT!!!!! On Tuesday, November 1, I placed an online order for several gluten-free breads from Gluten-Free Creations. However, my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. After placing the pick up order I realized that they don't offer same-day pick up available and since I was under the impression that it was same-day pick up I immediately after placing the order, I called their location to cancel, but the receptionist seemed utterly clueless about the process. They provided no useful information and suggested I call their wholesaler, which made no sense to me at all.Reluctantly, I contacted the wholesaler, only to be met with further confusion. They had no idea why I was calling them and advised me to request the cancellation through the contact form. I followed their instructions, but to no avail. I didn't receive a response, so a day later, I decided to email Gluten-Free Creations directly, not once but twice. It's now November 6, almost a whole week later, and I still haven't received a single response from them.The lack of customer service and integrity displayed by Gluten-Free Creations is absolutely pathetic. It's clear that they have no regard for their customers. They commit fraud by withholding customers' money even after cancellation requests have been made. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable.I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this establishment. Their complete disregard for customer service is appalling. I personally lost $50 due to their incompetence and lack of professionalism. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Gluten-Free Creations at all costs.

What an amazing bakery! They offer so many gluten free options. I went for the first time and snagged a quiche, this turkey biscuit, and a loaf of bread. They also had tons of sweet options. I had to limit myself this first visit. Let me tell you - this biscuit made me so happy. I grew up in the South so I'm a bit picky about biscuits. I'd resigned myself to the sandy puck that passes for gf biscuits available elsewhere. What a surprise to find this one that actually tastes and has a relatively close texture to a glutened biscuit. It's a bonus that it also doesn't have soy. Please support this adorable bakery and try their offerings. I'll definitely return. Update - I just had the bread for lunch. Damn! This puts other breads to shame. I'll be getting my sliced bread here.

Great biscuits for homemade sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches! Service is always friendly and helpful. It's not like a bakery where you walk in and order coffee and sit with a pastry. More like a storefront with some freezers filled with a nice selection of baked goods for worry-free gluten free shopping!

This is literally right behind my home and so convenient. I went in and ordered a 4 pack of GF bagels because I have hashimotos and need to minimize my gluten intake. The woman who cashed me out was super friendly. Explained the different types of items they have and ever gave me a discount for it being my first time there! The bagels were more of an English muffin texture but REALLY flavorful as I got the everything bagels. It held cream cheese well and makes really great breakfast sandwiches. Definitely will be back soon!

Dairy free? Gluten free? Keto? They have you covered. I can't have gluten and also do the cyclical keto thing and gave up on anything dessert related due to constant disappointment. Well I was proven wrong today. The keto snickerdoodle cookies are amazing!!!! The bread is edible. Cupcakes weren't the best but they weren't the worst I've tried. Overall very impressed. I can't wait to go try more stuff. A little pricy but worth it.

I was saddened to hear that Lynnrae Ries is no longer associated with GFC. Her absence is quite visible. The store is no longer is neat and tidy. Product quality has gone way down to the point that their products no longer taste as good as they used to. Her vibrant spirit is definitely missing, and I found the current employees to be unhelpful. If you were one of the lucky ones to have met Lynnrae, you know what a truly remarkable person she is. GFC Bakery has truly lost a pivotal voice in the gluten free industry. I will no longer be shopping at GFC Bakery.
