I would say it's a hit and miss for me. The choices and flavor sounds good but the taste, I feel it does not fulfill my satisfaction. Felt under flavored or over flavored with too much sugar. Staff is nice.Never a long line. You have a lot of time to decide :)

Second time around at this glow tea location and I still feel this place is on the pricey side for what you get but I had to give an updated review because this time I gave a milk tea a try and it was better than the regular tea. I got the brown sugar milk tea with chocolate added and the flavor was how I expected it to be... heavy milk and brown sugar flavor with just a little added sweetness from the chocolate sauce - it was pretty yummy ! I came today in the morning right when they opened and there was no line and it was very quiet in the mall. Great time to come by. Also, they gave me a FREE gift for checking in on Yelp !! I got a cool little light bulb keychain and well, WATT do ya know? It lights up !!! How about that ?! Check in on Yelp y'all, got to take advantage of the perks !!!

No milk substitutes so if you're lactose intolerant and want any caffeine, you're out of luck. They put cheese foam on my Vietnamese coffee, which was kind of gross and weird. The strawberry tea was delicious with strawberry popping Boba. Extra $5 for the bulb glasses and we didn't even know they lit up until we washed them. I wish the employees had turned them on when they sold them to us. Overall OK but I'm really disappointed about the dairy options.

Came back for another try as one of my besties wanted to try the place out. I warned her about the charges when we arrived and she was not amused about it either. Originally I didnt know if they charged for a refill and they do. Whether if its a large or small lightbulb you keep, its $2.95 to refill. This time around my friend and I tried the taro. We decided not to get the lightbulb as we found the regular is a large drink at just about $5 and $0.50 for each topping. These regular drinks cannot be refilled. It would be another $5 charge. The taro tasted sweet, but not as sweet as the brown sugar i ordered last time.Staff continues to be nice and busy. The pay stations remain a pay for yourself station. One located in front of their store and one located right at the register. FYI - dont forget your card as this place tends to have a LOT of people forget their card after they swipe, tap, or insert.Overall, i still give the place 3-stars only because it feels ticky tacky with the prices. Although, i must say their drinks tasted better this time around.

We got blended taro smoothies with tapioca. The ordering system was a little confusing. I tried to scan the QR code when I got up to the register, but I wasn't able to connect to anything. I quickly realized that there was a big self-order screen. The drinks were made quickly, the order was accurate, and they were tasty, but nothing out of the ordinary. I would go here again now that I know the process.

They're stand is at the bell sq. Art fair this weekend and I got the Thai Tea flavor w/boba. It tastes terrible! What a waste of $15. maybe the other flavors are better, but this flavor was not it. My daughter had the taro milk tea at the Auburn mall and she didn't like it either. I thought it was the boba that made it taste bad, but it's the whole flavor of the drink. Pretty disappointing.

Bubble tea is so good! Love coming here. I think one thing to improve is the wait time. I've waited almost 10 minutes for 1 bubble tea and no one was in front of me in line.... But they have an app and you can order ahead of time so maybe that's best if you don't wanna wait to long.

Hadn't visited this Bubble Tea place in almost a year! Got a Zombie Taro on Halloween afternoon! 10/31/2023.Placed my order using the self-ordering tablet. Used my number to earn points and received a text when my order was ready. The drink tasted alright, a little bit different than the regular Taro, but I enjoyed it.Great service!

I rate it 1 out of 5. I've made better tasting bona milk tea at home. This place taste like powdered sugar and milk AND the stand at the auburn outlet is a total SCAM. They have two huge banners that say $2.95 refill. I even asked the guy, AS I WAS ORDERING, if the refill was $2.95 for any drink and he said he it just depended on what drink I wanted refill (they have drinks at different prices). Nowhere did he mention anything that I had to buy the extra $4.99 light bulb glass for the refill. There's nothing that would indicate that I did....So I order, thinking I'll come back for a refill on my way out. I come back to get the refill and the same guy tells me NO, you can't get a refill. So obviously, I ask why, and he says they only do refills on their light bulb cups, which cost and additional 4.99. So if I was to order one drink, it's 4.99+ 5.75 so almost 11 bucks for one drink?!? That's insane. So no, I didn't get the light bulb cup. So I said, well where does it say that? And he points to the big banner and says, see, refill for the light bulb.So I ask, where does it actually say that? He says, it doesn't, it's just a picture and actually, they should probably be more clear on that - his words, not mines. So I ask, I can't be the only one has asked about this, there can't be no way, and the guy says nah, I have to tell people all the time. So in other-words, they knowingly FALSE ADVERTISE. You should be sued for how much people come to actually support you only to scam your same supporters. I'd bet you'd legitimately lose assuming 100% of your customers think they can get a refill and ZERO of them don't.
