Ginza Japanese Restaurant

In the heart of Green Hills off Hillsboro, this place is great. Used to work in the area so a fun lunch spot, but ended up here after a work event and we did a dinner with all the bells and whistles (literally, listen to video!). Food is fresh and delicious. Prepared table side. Experience is fun and customer service is tops. It's clean inside and they genuinely want everyone to have a great time while dining with them.If you have to park, big lot, super easy.

We ordered the Phoenix, White Dragon and Tennessee rolls. All had dry rice which gave them a very poor mouth feel. Otherwise they were really tasteless. Service was okay, though.

This was a traditional hibachi experience. I appreciated walking into a well lit, modern, and noticeably clean restaurant. We had a party of 12 (without a reservation) and were able to get seated right away.I ordered the salmon hibachi meal. The cook did a fantastic job at seasoning the food. The fried rice was the absolute best.Ive been to many hibachis over the country. Interestingly, the yum yum sauce is not the same everywhere. But Ginza's sauce is pretty good. Its a nice mix of sweet and savory.

**Ginza closed for much of 2021 for construction, but they are now open again!!**Ginza is located in the heart of Green Hills in a nice strip of shops, directly across from the mall. They have just completely remodeled the space, and added a glorious hibachi. Such a nice addition after the closing of Tokyo nearby. Their menu favorites remain, but the new stuff... the new stuff is amazing. A full array of Hibachi items and an expanded specialty sushi selection. So good! I waaaay over ordered, but what's better than leftover Japanese food in the fridge?? The previous space was nice, but uninspired. The new build out is modern and sleek, with lots of black and white punctuated with bright color pops. In addition to the new hibachi space is a beautiful bar area. Ginza! Well done!!

I can only give it 4 stars because I've only had 1 dish to-go, being their chicken teriyaki bento box. The chicken teriyaki was amazing. The dumplings were flavorful. The California roll was solid. Great portions! I'm going back again today

Went for lunch- great specials- the sashimi was great- portions were great- the crunchy shrimp and spicy tuna rolls were very plump- not skimpy rolls- will be back!

A delightful experience with exquisite flavors and impeccable presentation, the Japanese restaurant offers a culinary journey that is both authentic and memorable.Love their steamed rice and steak.The ginger is a little bit salty for me.

Great food, i have tried the sushi and hibachi and they are both above expectations. the hibachi chefs and servers are always very nice. There is also a great atmosphere. This is the best Japanese restaurant I've been to

This place was recommended, we had a horrible experience, we felt rushed the entire time and when I asked about it, they said that's the way the owner like it. Didn't like the food at all, they didn't say they added teriyaki sauce on everything util it was served, and when I mentioned it, they said that's just the way it comes. Also, who throws rice at people to catch. Will not be coming back or recommending it to anyone.
