We ordered 3 deep dish pizzas and this was the BEST of them all by far! Very flavorful with every bite and the cheese pull can go for a while. The crust is allright.

This is the smallest Gino's I think I've ever been in--although most of the Gino's East locations have been closed! This South Loop location is much easier to get to than the one in Streeterville, and we had zero problem parking around 7pm on a Wednesday. That was truly a surprise, not gonna lie.In that spirit of full honesty... I was a little disappointed. The crust of our pizza tasted a little different than it has in the past--Gino's used to have this distinctive yellowy-orange crust because they had a cornbread crust. This was considerably lighter than it has been and it did not have that distinctive taste. I hope they didn't alter their recipe to taste like lesser chains, because the Lou's and Giordano's of the world have long been overrated. I'm glad I got to taste a pizza I've been curious about though--the Chicago Fire--because I usually get the Gino's special. The CF was alright, but not nearly as spicy as I'd expected, and it won't replace my usual choice.I was really surprised to find that there is no baby changing station anywhere. I asked, and they don't, so be aware of that. But in 2024 there are places without them which was a surprise, and luckily my car was right out front so I could change her in the back because I don't know what I would have done otherwise--I may have had to leave.

Gino's is a Chicago staple, of Deep Dish pizza. I've already had his, and others, so today I got the Italian Hoagie. Casalingo, sopresatta, canadian bacon, mozzarella, cheese, shredded lettuce, mayo, tomato and red wine vinaigrette on a french roll. A nice toasted roll, good portion of Italian meats, cheese all worked together for a good Italian. A side of crinkle cut fries. A good hoagie, but the pizza is the way to go here.

Has been awhile in having Gino's pizza and it did not disappoint! Also had mozzarella sticks and house salad and they were both great! Service was fantastic and very friendly.

So for my first time in Chicago as a tourist I wanted to go to a place that served a great deep dish Chicago style pizza. I got the meaty legend deep dish pizza! I was somewhat disappointed that they didn't serve by the slices because I honestly didn't want to eat a whole pizza but I did anyway !! It was pretty decent !! I wasn't as blown away as I thought I would be but it fulfilled my taste buds & I had more to take home to eat later. It's a nice clean place. The greater at the door was very nice.

I bought a frozen Gino's East pizza from the grocery store and my husband, whose not from Chicago, liked it so much that he wanted to try the restaurant. We picked up our daughter from her dorm in the south loop and had family dinner here on a Friday night. It was excellent. We had a caprese salad, minestrone soup and their buffalo wings while we waited for our deep dish pizza. It didn't take the 40 minutes we were quoted, either. Everything was great!! Our deep dish pizza was delicious. Unfortunately our waiter wasn't the best, he forgot the ketchup we asked for for our fries, someone else had to bring out our pizza and clear our appetizer plates, and he was hardly seen so much that another worker came over and checked on us, brought us to go boxes, and told us if we were ready to check out and didn't see him we could ask her. Needless to say, we gave her a tip for her service. They would have gotten 5 stars had it not been for this part, but otherwise we enjoyed our meal.

We ordered Gino's for takeout. Got a Chicago style with meat and mushrooms. The pickup process was real smooth and they had it ready for us. They had very kind service which made our little time in the restaurant enjoyable. The pizza was good, but the mozzarella sticks were better. I'd definitely recommend the mozzarella sticks sticks. Although we did not eat inside, the location was very cool. Next time, I will dine in for better fresher food!

Came here with work colleagues while visiting Chicago, Nov' 23.We all ordered small deep dish pizzas, which Chicago is known for, apparently I had the Supreme Pepperoni, it was good and fatty but not great, I'd rate it 3/5 stars and satisfiable for experience of deep dish (DDP) alone.
