Giddy Up Burgers

Came here after a long day of moving, and my friend helped me, so I offered to treat him. It appears there is often a line here as it is popular with families with children. Because of this, they have a stand with the menu on it and copies that are holdable while you wait if you can't see the overhead which is nice.I got a Buckaroo burger and my friend the Onion, Mushroom, Gruyère (OMG)...or at least that was the idea. They mixed up the burgers when they brought them out. We were so hungry we dug right in, only realizing a few bites later that they'd switched up the burgers. This was evident by the sides, my friend got sweet potato fries and I got crispy Brussel sprouts. The problem with this is I hate mushrooms and only realized I had my friend's burger when I actually bit into one. I know we're partially to blame for not noticing this but, again we were starving and there was a clear mix up on their part as they had our sides and drinks right but not the burgers.That I can't 100% comment on the burger, but it was decent as it was. I'd give them another shot to raise my rating, but until then if you go, check your order before digging in!

I must say I'm going to start this review off on a positive positive note, but it will end on why I gave it 2 stars. We came here after going to the Woodland Park zoo with 2 groups of friends because it was close and had great ratings. My son had chicken strips and fries, I ordered the giddyup burger and fried cauliflower and then we ended the night with their ice cream bar. Service was quick and friendly and the ambience in this place was fun. I was super hopeful that the food was going to taste great.It is $$ for burgers and sides. Which are all Ala carte fyi. Nothing but the kids meal comes with fries/tots. The food was delivered quickly and tasted great. However, within two hours of eating there everyone who ate my fried cauliflower (3 of us in the group of 10) were really sick. Nausea, vomiting, and followed lastly by diarrhea in a bit. That's how we narrowed down who ate what and who was sick. The only common denominator was the fried cauliflower. I was so sick that the next day, even that one of the girls in my group had to call the restaurant to let them know that somebody had gotten ill from their food. I wasn't offered even an apology let alone a refund.Shame shame.

Everything was fantastic here! Stopped in with my husband and two kids. The kids and husband got burgers and I got the kids grilled cheese and the chili. The grilled cheese was made with Texas toast and about as delicious as it gets. The chili was meaty, hot and spicy! So delicious as well. Husband got the Kit N Caboodle and fell in love instantly. The onion rings were actually very thin crispy onions that went on the burger so a side of them was quite greasy and delicious. I know eating here probably will give me a heart attack but damn, it's some good food.

I'm currently on the quest to find the best burger in Seattle and whenever I googled for burger joints to try out in the city, Giddy Up Burgers always showed up. So of course I had to check them out! I came in with a friend during a late afternoon and it was pretty empty, only a mom and their two kids were there. Quiet ambiance during that time, but I have a feeling it gets more energetic at night.Looking through the menu, the Lamb Burger really caught my eye so I had to order it! First impressions when the server came to bring the burger I thought "wow this is a pretty looking burger!". First bite was pretty tasty, but nothing impressive. Midway through eating the burger, my tray eventually became engulfed in a pool of juice from the burger and my hands were dripping. As good as the burger is, I wasn't expecting a wet mess.Giddy Up Burgers is pretty good for what it is and a place I would try it out again when I have a chance. If you're in the Frelard area I would recommend yall giddy up on over there!

This place came up when googling dog friendly patios in Ballard and I'm glad we came! A sunny Sunday with warm casual good vibes. The food was all tasty and fresh, the tots are the perfect amount of crunch on the outside! Burgers were tasty, and I liked that there was a lot of hot sauces around to try. It was a little expensive but I was just happy to be warm and inside with my dog. Lots of folks enjoying the Seahawks game, big screens around with out overpowering the space. Best part, easy parking in the lot!

I visited yesterday for a quick bite to eat and was excited because it was my first time visiting the restaurant. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a soda that came up to $24. The burger wasn't bad at all but it wasn't amazing and for $24 I do expect a little bit more. It needed more seasoning and the fries were just ok. Next time I visit, I'll try other things on the menu besides the burgers. My advice is to skip this place for the burgers as you can find better for cheaper.

I had an incredible dining experience at this hamburger restaurant! The burgers were juicy and flavorful, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was inviting. I can't wait to return for more mouthwatering burgers. It's definitely a must-visit spot for burger lovers!

Anytime we are in the Seattle area, we eat here because it's so delicious.We get the burgers. As someone that is gluten-free, I appreciate that they have gluten-free buns, and that I can order tater tots or french fries that are not cross contaminated.It's also nice that they have impossible burgers because I cannot eat red meat. The few times that we have had issues with our order, they have happily fixed it, which is all you can ask for It's always clean and delicious which is why we continue to come here year after year.You should definitely try it
