Giacomo's Ristorante Italiano

Went here for Easter lunch. Alex was our server and was very good I had the filet mignon which was cooked to perfection. Cocktails and dessert topped off the perfect meal Great prices , atmosphere and service Thanks guys , we will be back

We went to the restaurant for the first time for my husband's birthday. The food was absolutely delicious. Very fresh and tasty and the prices were average. The only drawback was the service. My husband's birthday was never acknowledged and the service was lacking.

Best Italian around. Giacamo is the chef. He is awesome. His food is awesome. The service is awesome. The people are so welcoming. They make you feel right at home. Yum. That is a 5 star yum. Only place around that has my Grandmas baked clams and they are delicious.

Service was horrible. We waited a very long time to have a waiter ask us what we wanted. We told him we wanted seperate checks. (The web site said to mention it before you order) The waiter said we can wait till the end to sort it out. He came back to our table a couple of times to ask certain people what they ordered. The salads came and only 1 out of 5 was correct. Our orders came and they were all mixed up. One guy in our party ordered a seafood pasta. An unknown dish was served to him. He asked the waiter what it was and he answered "I don't know ". The bills came and not one was correct. We told him of the error and he said he would correct it. He came back with two checks that were exactly the same. We all ordered different. We just paid the incorrect bills to get out of there. I gave a two star because my order was correct and good. We caught a lot of heat from the others becase we suggested this place. There are much better places around.

All meals cooked while you wait. I love their Eggplant Parmesan made with lots of cheese on top. Start with a salad or soup. Oh yes, they give you bread and three-cheese with oil to dip in. I have a glass of wine to go with my meal-delicious. And if you have room for dessert, there's a few to chose from.Plus they have daily dinner specials.You can't go wrong.The atmosphere is cozy and quaint.

We were frequent visitors to Giacomo's when they first opened. Haven't been there in a while. When Giacomo and Mary Ann sold the place we really didn't go back, but it was our son and daughter in laws anniversary (25) and that was their favorite restaurant for years and years we went in and spoke to the new people and were told that the food was the same and so was the chef. I presume it was a chef working with Giacomo, since he was the chef.We decided to make a reservation. Well, I will say that the pasta dishes were delicious as well as the chicken parm. BUT they had a special that was explained as chicken parm and eggplant parm rollups. We questioned if it was eggplant parm and was told yes. What a disappointment. When it arrived it was more like manicotti with a piece of fried eggplant rolled around it. All ricotta cheese, no parm no mozzarella. My daughter and I both ordered it and didn't eat the eggplant after the first bite. The our granddaughter ordered a filet. All meals were served and the filet didn't come out for another 5 minutes. When it came out it was so well done that you couldn't even cut it. We sent it back and asked once again for it medium.We all had to eat or our food would be cold. It took over 20 minutes for the steak to come out with the waitress, going back to check on it. The steak was done ok but when she put it in her mouth it tasted terrible. Our son tasted it just to see if she was kidding, HE SPIT IT OUT! I couldn't find our waitress so I went to the desk and talked to the person there and he said he would check on it. The "chef" I presume finally came out and couldn't understand what the problem was. After explaining it again, my son told him to taste it. Of course he didn't, just said he would take it off the bill. i had to ask for the bill and paid it. We then left never to return. Pasta is still wonderful and the chicken parm, but the "special" combo dish which was not what we were told was $5.00 more than if we would have gotten just chicken parm or eggplant parm. Not worth it. No saying don't go there just make sure you get what you think you are ordering and ask for cost of specials.

Highly recommend. Great food and service for funeral luncheon. Three miles from all saints Cemetary.

The service was excellent.The food was delicious.We never felt rushedThe private party room was perfect for our memorial dinner of 50 people- I worked with Bobby and he made everything perfect for our special dinner. I Recommend this Italian restaurant to anyone needing a small banquet space with excellent food, service-note the staff was so responsive if we needed anything during the dinner. A++++ to Giacomo

We got here about 5 in a Saturday without a reservation. I would totally get a reservation before coming. We got lucky. The food is fantastic and you can totally tell the make it from scratch. The portions are humongous so I suggest sharing if not plenty to take home. The lasagna could easily feed 4. They are so nice here and the place is nice and simple. A perfect place to go

Very authentic Italian. Pleasant staff with delicious food. I usually choose braciole & it's always delicious. It's on our "regular rotation"! Try it, you'll like it.
