A "wrap" is wrapped in a tortilla, not a pita. A little disappointing cause I was hoping I could eat this easily on the car ride home.

It's a whole in the wall. They don't serve the hot dogs with ketchup and they don't weigh the meat for the gyros. This is a mundane and at the same time a quintessential Chicago experience. The fries were overflowing and crispy- perfect. I don't know if I was hungry but the gyro meat was moist, savory, absolutely delicious. The extra tomatoes tasted freshly sliced. Prices are fair the crew behind me were both women- why not support them? Sorry I forgot to take pics of the food.

Super friendly place with Jeopardy! playing on the TV in the back - nice change from sports (says me, not sure how many would agree).The fries are notably good here, and the dog is quintessential Chicago. It's a little pricier than some joints, but it's also more comfortable. I'm pretty much never going to complain about a great Chicago dog purveyor even if there isn't much to say about the dog because there isn't much variation. And there shouldn't be. Do a Chicago dog right, you have my business.

Overall a great staple to eat some comfort Chicago hot dogs or good quality Mediterranean dishes. Their Chicago dogs are everything you'd except with loaded toppings. The portions are generous and the pricing is great! Food can sometimes be a little greasy here and there, but nothing that you wouldn't expect. The food is relatively fresh and quickly prepared. Highly recommend visiting this local establishment.

Came here last week to grab takeout. Great food and good value. I had the Grecian plate and was definitely a fan. I'll be back to try their hot dogs and Italian beef. Only downside is that it's cash only.

George's has been a go to spot since we were kids. Local gyro spot, that never disappoints, love love love their soup and baklava. Burgers are good and can't go wrong with a Chicago dog.

Just hit up George's for the chicken kebab pita as well as a Chicago hot dog. Omg! Both are amazing. You get an insane amount of crispy fries with both. The tzatziki sauce is so light and refreshing - get an extra side of it to dip your fries into! I also get a second pita as the kebab pita overflows with chicken and peppers, onions, fresh tomatoes slices.. You need a second pita for a second leftover sandwich the next days. The baklava is heavenly. Soaked in syrup and the perfect size for a sweet ending. I love this place!!! Oh and I got delivery. They pack it up with care!

It's Sunday yesterday so I have no work and I'm spending my day with this place. The place is neat and clean. They have full of table inside. The customer service was good. They happily greeted you. When I look at their menu they have a lot of different dishes. I ordered georges hot dog, and chili cheese dog. George's Hot Dog - Our Traditional Chicago-Style Hot Dog served Since 1948.100% Pure-beef Vienna Hot Dog served on a Poppy-sead steamed bun. Topped with Mustard, Relish, Chopped Onions, Tomato, Pickle & hot Sport Peppers. Served with Fries.Chili Cheese Dog, a 100% Pure-Beef Vienna Hot Dog served on a steamed bun with chili, melted American cheese. Served with fries.It's all good and best. They all delicious and I can't wait to try another food in the menu when I came back here.

I thought Portillo's would be my all-time hot dog spot and I thought it was the best but I cannot deny the fact that the hot dogs in this spot are good and can tied up the hot dogs of Portillo's. We recently went in here and we had a nice experience. The place is clean and the staff were friendly. There are a lot of good choices on their menu but we just decided to have their hot dogs. It was served hot and we did not wait for too long. Their hot dogs have a nice portion and it was delicious, something that we definitely want in this kind of fast food. Prices are also fair. This spot definitely is one of the best fast food in Chicago.
