Let me tell you we've had this place twice they are far from your average sandwich. I've had their tomato soup on a cold day and definitely what I needed to hit the spot. My soup came with a side of grilled cheese, which pair perfectly with that thickly delicious tomato soup. I have also tried their candy, pecan chicken salad and let me tell ya. It is seriously one of the best chicken salad I've tried. I love how their menu is always different so you can definitely try something new each time you see them I'm a bit sad because I still am dying to try their crack dip but every time they are sold out which tells you something! It must be yummy! This place definitely doesn't disappoint if you were ever within the area from them stop and give them a try.

Just had the Devil egg bacon dip and OG grilled cheese and both were fantastic so much flavor in the deviled egg dip and the grilled cheese did not disappoint got lucky to stumble upon this gem of a food truck at Ingenious Brewery hopefully next time we stop by it's here again because the rest of the menu sounds great as well

Dennis and Ape put so much love into their food and confections!!! Catch them mostly at Ingenious brewery for a pint(or 3) of delicious brew and grab some amazing food from Betty the GastroCraft food bus. You will not be disappointed from anything from tacos to sandwiches to sides to Apes wonderful desserts.

This is literally the best food truck I've had. Everything is so fresh, delicious, and inspired. The menu changes often so there's always something different to try; everything I've had is amazing. They typically have a grilled cheese of some sort, a small shareable, and maybe tacos or a sandwich. Sometimes they have desserts that the wife of the owner duo makes, these are NOT to be missed! The most phenomenal and mouth-watering cookies, brownies, and pastries can be found at this truck. I really love what they're doing here, and hope to see them in a brick and mortar soon!
