So after a few other stops in Woidinville we were about to skip another tasting because I thought our taste buds were already shot (especially after the last place did not thrill us). But I saw that they had an ice wine and we so wanted to try it. So we ordered a tasting and the manager agreed to include a tasting of the ice wine. OMG, I am so glad that we didn't skip this place and did a full tasting. it was a great end to the day of tasting. We grabbed a medium cheese plate out of the fridge which had a nice package of garlic crackers, goat cheese, fig spread, and some olives. For the wines we did a mix of 3 whites and 3 reds. Our favorite white was the freyja. It had some great fruit notes and wasn't too sweet or too dry. Our favorite red was the Malbec which was complex enough but not overly tannin. There were hints of berries, tobacco on the nose and even a little dark chocolate. And the we tasted the ice wine. Now, I have had ice wine before, and knowing this was $70 a bottle I thought I would like it for the tasting but really didn't want to love it so much that I had to buy it. Well, it is good to have dreams I guess but that was not the case. We walked out with 2 bottles of the ice wine along with a bottle of the freyja and Malbec. Guess we are checking a bag to go home. Thank you Nicole and your staff for the perfect ending to our day. Best time we will start (and maybe just stay) here.

Cute and nicely decorated winery. Came here with a member over the weekend (Saturday). We got there around 2pm and stayed a couple hours. Towards 3 it got busier but from the start it was one person working. She was relatively attentive and nice and gave good sized samples. I didn't always catch the name of what I tried but I was in a group of 5 with live music playing so she very well could have told me what they were. Overall I enjoyed the wines, they have a good selection of both red and white wines as well as multiple tiered member options for those interested. They also have one Ice wine which was delish. The live music in the corner was a nice option but also made it hard to have a conversation. That seems typical in most places though.

Gård is a great place to taste wine. Their wines are delightful and one can choose tastings that are all red, white, or mixed.

Five-star service and five-star wines! Gård continues to impress me with their friendly hosts and under-the-radar Bordeaux blends and phenomenal whites. We are members and have been to both the Ellensburg and Woodinville tasting rooms. We love the casual and unassuming digs at Gård. It's difficult to say which is our favorite - Gård is definitely consistent! We came in on a Saturday with a group of 6 and Gård was the only tasting room over the entire weekend willing to accommodate our party at one table (WA relaxed the "single household" rules about 2 weeks prior). They had a cozy table set up for us outside under a covered tent with a heater and fresh, clean blankets. First class service. Support Gård!

This is a great tasting room in The Junction neighborhood of Woodinville. The $15 tasting offers both red and white wine options to suit your palette! It's a great place to hang out of an afternoon, and the staff are super nice too. They tend to have events on throughout the year too, from yoga, to live music. It's a great place to spend a day with some friends! Plenty of parking in the lot, and lots of other wineries/breweries nearby too, so definitely drop in and visit Gard Vintners if you are in the area.

Just joined the wine club, so there's that.I've been to Gård a few times, and what always keeps me coming back is specifically their whites. They are absolutely delicious, and definitely stand out from the pack in a very saturated market. The tasting room itself is also very enjoyable, like a modern warehouse space perfectly sized for groups. Several tables in proximity to the sommelier so it's both convenient and comfortable.Their reds are fine as well, but for us? All about that [Roussane] action, boss.

I always have good wine at Gard and I always have great service from their staff. This spot is a nice middle-ground, family-owned winery that is a step up from the largely distributed wineries in the area yet features many quality wines that aren't quite as expensive as some of the more boutique wineries. The wine club is really a wonderful value and gets you first access to some of their many fun wine release parties and other special events. On weekends they often feature live music, food trucks and crafting events. If you're tasting around the warehouse district of the Woodinville wine region, be sure to stop at this tasting room. I highly recommend their rose (it's dry and lovely and I always love the new vintage they put out every year), as well as the Don Isidro as a crowd-pleasing red blend for the table.

What a great tasting room to check out on this busy strip. We visited Gard Vintners Wine Tasting Room on a Friday night where we made a reservation prior to, so our table was all ready for us when we visited. They have a great selection of different wines, with friendly staff and a dog-friendly atmosphere! What's especially cool about Gard is that you can choose what kind of tasting you'd like to do - either a mix or all reds. As a red wine drinker, I chose all red, which included five different reds to try. All of the tasters come out at once, which was also very nice since we could pour it ourselves and be on our own schedule. Of all the reds I tried, I liked the Reverence, which was a grenache-heavy red blend. Definitely one with a bite to it! Yet, there wasn't a wine here that I didn't like. We learned that gard means farmhouse in Norwegian, so they have their logo on the glassware and signage, as a celebration of the family heritage. Loved that! I would love to come back and check out one of their events, as they offer yoga and wine tastings. Sounds like a fun time to me! Glad to have found Gard.

Just got back last night from tasting at gard. The server, Nicole, was personable and very knowledgeable of the wine. I hope she is recognized for her contribution! The wines were priced right and I even liked the whites. The Chardonnay stood out. Thanks
