Still pretty solid Mexican food, albeit I think the Magic from the old days has been lost. Chips were hot; salsa was great. Good start.Wife had the Chx Chimi and I had the nachos appetizer. Good portion sizes and fairly good taste as a general statement. Not bad by any means. Service was very polite and more/less prompt. Decent 4-Star rating, but not the awesome food of days gone by.

Inedible. Inedible. Too much salt!Haven't eaten here since the latest anti-Semitic incident occurred (3 years ago) so tonite I ordered thru Postmates. I don't need to encourage young Hispanic misogynists/anti-Semites. Postmates now registers as Übereats. Corp BS I guess. Tonite I went hog wild: 3 enchiladas "my way" plus an order of Chili Colorado. Of which there really is no standard for Chili Colorado. $50 total delivered. Seriously. In any event, here's the first report: Everything -- EVERYTHING WAS TOO SALTY TO EAT. Inedible. I took one bite of each and threw it. $50 TOO SALTY TO EAT. NICE. NO ONE HERE lIS TASTING THE FOOD. IT'S WAY TO SALTY. Came with a bunch of side orders. Or at least packed that way. 4oz containers, larger containers, why not mark them? WTF, are they lazy? I say so. I MEAN, I don't know what they are. That's just lazy. Weak. I Just now changed my rating here from 2 stars total to one. You're just lazy. Even the rice wasn't correct. Dried out, no flavor. Barely colored. No flavor left from before or ever. This rice was never a Spanish rice, a Mexican rice. Ever. A very poor, poor effort.The Chile Colorado was a complex concoction of nothing. Tasted like someone cared and ended up without a flavor. Another $16 entry that amounted to nothing. The guacamole was tasteless. No flavor. Like packaged. A blob. Thanks for not one but two globs of nothing. $50 completely down the drain. Hey Kitchen! Taste the food! Hey Management: Taste the food. And then ask your kitchen if they tasted the food. If it matters. To all and it should matter. $50 I'll never get back. When I think about it, out of 10 meals here, give or take, I've now had at least 10 BAD MEALS HERE and I'm NOT GOING BACK. Ever. Very poor.

Let's start off with the good 1. Service was wonderful 2. Food came out really fast, like surprisingly fast? 3. It appeared to be nice and clean. (However, I noticed many little flys around the table)So this used to be a favorite of my family but the food has definitely changed. The salsa was extremely tasteless. Actually it was pretty bad. So was my food. I had the deep fried chicken things with the cheese on top and the chicken inside taste very bad and I was actually scared to eat it. I didn't. Friend had the beef burrito with red sauce. There used to be so much meat! Stuffed in these. Now it's mainly sauce. Definitely cut back on the meat and cheese. Speaking of cheese we had the cheese crisp it used to be one of my favorite things but now it's just mid at best. Don't know if this place went down hill or they was just having a bad day. ???

This place is alright nothing to fancy not your authentic Mexican food by any means but it gets the job done if your in a pinch don't get the fajitas they are to salty and the rice taste like high school cafeteria food so do the beans I would suggest you get the pollo fundido and just a heads up the green enchiladas aren't greed there a different shade of red lol

Fun place to enjoy Mexican food! They have a large dining room that offers space for large gatherings and small intimate ones.I enjoyed my green chili cheese tamale. It felt like eating a soften green chile corn bread.I want to try more dishes.

OKAY! I went with a crowd i knew this time, and it didn't change the food. The food was very strange, horrid texture to everything. My chips kept getting stolen by others. It felt left out to say the least. The was a good noise to it, but it doesn't make up for the food.

Would love to review the food but I can't. We were in from out-of town, saw it on the map (didn't look at yelp reviews ) and placed an order online. Sat in the parking lot waiting and got an update. "Your order has been cancelled because the store is unable to fill the order." Great ending to a 14-hour day of traveling. If you don't have the food, don't take the order. After reading the reviews, I'm almost kind of glad they didn't have food.

The OG Garcia's is a simple place. It's been here forever and it may look a little retro but it's a nice place for a family dinner. We've come here a few times. It's a chain restaurant so it's not the greatest Mexican food you'll ever have however it's still quite good. Chips and salsa are served before the meal. The most recent time I went I tried the pollo fundido, which is probably not strictly a Mexican dish but it was pretty tasty especially if you like cream cheese. I mostly enjoyed the different textures. My favorite so far is the spinach enchilada with chicken. Portions are huge so expect to take home a to go box! We've always been seated quickly with very polite waiters who are quick to refill and check but are masters of stopping by and disappearing when not needed.

Really great chips and salsa, carne asada burritos are delicious with rice and beans on the side. Love to come here during lunch hour for work and enjoy and nice refreshing Diet Coke and burrito with some chips and salsa before the main course! Usually sit in the bar area and service is excellent and a nice environment!

It's pretty good mexican food you can get in the valley, I ordered the sonoran enchiladas here and it was good my tip to you though is order it with chicken or beef cuz if you get it plain you'll just get two thick corn tortillas with cheese smothered in red sauce
