Garcia’s Taqueria Grill

We've been here once and it was a decent experience overall. We were seated quickly and had good service throughout our meal and our margaritas were tasty. We enjoyed our chips and queso, but my wife and I had fajitas and while they were cooked well, they were one of the saltiest fajitas we've ever had. That was definitely a bummer and I would avoid the fajitas here, but I would still come back as the rest of the experience was nice and it's in a convenient location.

My husband and I always came here for Mexican food ... it was always great until today . The older lady waitress was so rude to us . I never got her name. Totally messed up our order and looked at us as if we were the problem! Never have I experienced such unprofessional behavior. All it took was one person and they just lost our business. We walked out .

Yummyyyyy! I struggle to find good, authentic Mexican food in middle tenn, but this place is legit! Their service was fantastic, very friendly and they bring out fresh hot chips and salsa right away.... Some of our faves: Tripas Tacos: You get to choose flour or corn tortillas for all the tacos, how cool is that? Anywho, their Tripas was crispy and so so good!Birria Tacos: Chock full and accompanied by the consommé.Menudo: They have an even amount of the honeycomb and fuzzy tripe and a very deep flavored broth.The only very slight downer is that I wish they had a spicy habanero salsa. They do provide a mild salsa with the chips and a salsa duo (very spicy salsa macha? And salsa verde) but I'd really love another option. Loooove this place and can't wait to be back!

Good chips and salsa, excellent service, and the birria tacos were absolutely not something you want to eat everyday, but if you have a cheat day, eat them. Cheesy, and oh sooo juicy. Menu is nice, huge selection, with pictures, and for this gringo, those help. Great marg selection too, next time.

We came in during lunch and was seated right away. We got chips and salsa our drinks but we had to ask for straws. Our server brought them right over. She says the tacos are really good so I ordered the lunch special which is 2 tacos, (carne asada) rice and beans. she was surprised knew Spanish. The food was fairly good and fresh. The rice and beans were lukewarm but tasty.I think I'll try the menudo next time. Overall pretty good!

Truly wasn't expecting Authentic Mexican food in Tennessee. Wonderful flavors and truly Mexican food with all the bells and whistles the way it was meant to taste. Try the wonderful Aqua freshca- Horchata with perfect flavor! Pleased to have excellent service to go along with a quality meal.

We had a bad experience here. Our server, Jonathan, was uninterested in our order. We couldn't get plates or flatware. He ran from the table when we tried to order. He flaunted his painted nails and sexual preferences but was unavailable for basic table service. I recommend El Rey or Dos Margaritas for decent service and good food.

$42 for a chicken burrito, a birria taco, charro beans, and a margarita??? $42!?!?!?! Not one of these was a meal that normally comes with beans and rice. These were individual items. Our waitress checked on us once, didn't realize bacon was indeed in the beans (she claimed they didn't make them the "usual way"), got an attitude if we asked for anything extra like our salsa to be refilled, and was overall absent. Garcia's is normally my go to for Mexican but after being way over charged and ignored, I refuse to go back.

Service was great. Food was very delicious. I would recommend this restaurant. It has been the best I've had so far.

We love Garcia's! Always clean and quick. The servers are warm and welcoming. We have had excellent experiences with dining in and takeout.
