Came here for a work bonding party on a Monday afternoon. This place is 21+ only and the first thing they do when you arrive is check your ID. They're also strict about no outside food and drinks. For 15 of us, 2 hours of bowling across 3 lanes, 2 drink tickets that included beer and wine, and an unlimited fajita bar, the cost was $1100. Our time started at 3 PM but we arrived a bit late. But we were able to quickly get our bowling shoes, and set up our games at our lanes and get to bowling! The workers disseminated our drink tickets and also set up the fajita bar. So the positives. The people serving us were incredibly nice and attentive. The fajita bar was smaller, but they had plenty of food for us (and we may have all pre eaten at salt and straw down the street). But the chicken was actually really well cooked and flavorful, so I was overall pleasantly surprised by the option! They also got peoples drinks very quickly. Soda was included for people who weren't into beer or wine. Because there were hard seltzers on the beer and wine menu, I asked it it was included but was told no. The worker did come back and offered to put syrup in carbonated water for me but I politely passed. The less great part comes from the bowling. In one of the lanes, the ball got stuck in the gutter in the middle of the lane 3 times. So someone had to be called or we had to wait for the ball to come back to us slowly. In another of the lanes, towards the 9th or 10th frame of each game, the pins just failed to reset and we had to wait as we watched someone manually reset the pins. This was mildly concerning just because we could only see the persons hands (they were behind the lane?) but there was no warning this was happening on our end, so it could have been mildly dangerous for them had we not been paying attention. And lastly, though we paid for two hours, they shut off our bowling around 4:50. Which, even with our correct booking time, is shorter than what we paid for. And especially with the steep price and the other issues with the lanes, seems questionable. Overall, if you're really into bowling, there are surely better places around for that. If you're coming to relax and spend time with people, then maybe it's worth it, especially if you take advantage of the pool tables or the games off to the side, which some people in my group did later in the evening.

I went bowling on a weekday around 9 PM without a reservation and there were still a couple lanes available. I will say though, they didn't have more than 8 lanes, so if you want to pull up on a weekend, you should probably try to call ahead. There's limited street parking available outside, but I definitely wouldn't count on it. We opted for the unlimited bowling, which pays for itself after 2 games. It ended up being 24 bucks including shoes and everything felt clean. Only critique of the bowling was the animations could have been more unhinged.I didn't try any of the food, but I did order the 22 oz cocktails and THEY ARE DELICIOUS. Maybe not the most, most boozy, but both the Boozy Blue Long Island and the Berried Alive Lemonade were scrumptious and even after sharing them across 90-ish minutes, I was definitely buzzed. Overall, good vibes and good times if you're in the area.

This place basically have everything you can think of for fun! Bowling, billiards, ping pong, arcade and food! (probably there are more that I haven't noticed!)A perfect place for team event or just hanging out with friends. I would recommend getting reservations because this place is busy.I came here with 6 friend together on a Wednesday evening at 8:30pm and there are many bowling lanes were taken by team events or family (so reserve before you go!). The garage has two floors and I think they at least have 10 bowling lanes. Drinks and food can be easily ordered through the tablet next to the couch and the server brings over the food/drinks to you. We played bowling for two hours, then we played arcade. They have pinball, Mario cart, piu dance and more! We had so much fun here and we definitely will come back again! All the staff members I encountered that night was very helpful and nice.

We came for the bowling and had a great time. It was about a 90 min wait for one lane and 5 people. We walked to one of the many breweries nearby for a drink while we waited. They have food and drinks. You can order from the staff that come by or the screen. The bowling was very fun. Great setup and good service. They have a bar/restaurant and pool tables in the space attached. We'll definitely be back.

I visited this venue a couple of times for team events, which included bowling, pool, and food and drink tickets. Our overall experience was enjoyable. While the ambiance and food were just average, the bowling experience stood out as a highlight. Since I didn't cover the expenses myself, I can't comment on their pricing, but if you're looking for a fun time bowling, I would recommend giving this place a try.

A place to play pool or bowl for 21+ only! It's THE place for entertainment in Capitol Hill at reasonable prices. Its a HUGE place and they have seating areas if you just want to get food too. Staff was really friendly and they keep the place pretty clean. My only comment is that it's busy literally all times of the day, every day of the week. A good place for a party but not if you value your personal space.

I didn't realize that this was essentially a Bowlero but with styled in a much cooler way than most. The vibes were good and the service was nice here.

Oh what this place used to be. When I first moved here, Garage was my go-to place for playing pool. It was a great spot for a solo outing, a sweet date, or to hang with a group of friends. But recently, it has molded itself into the tech team-building event space that I couldn't have seen coming. This comes with its faults for its regulars as pricing has increased, wait time has lengthened thus service has become hasty (which could be a pro, sure, but con in lack of personable interactions). The music playlist is lackluster and dull, kinda comparable to "mall music." Overall, still such a cool spot to visit midday to play some pool or go bowling, but would bring headphones and head to the doors once the jacket-vest-backpack/briefcasers start herding in. Thanks y'all!

I always have a good time here. I've come with coworkers, family and friends so far and it's always a hit. You can choose from arcade games, bowling, pool, and jenga. They have the usual bar type foods: wings, nachos, etc. I enjoy the cocktails, they're pretty fun but most people could probably use an extra shot in them . Nonetheless, I always enjoy one or two. Service is always friendly and efficient.

We went bowling here and booked online, paying in advance. Upon arrival, the manager informed us that we would receive a 20% discount on food and drinks if we used the same card for ordering. I did so, but the bill I received via email was incorrect. I ordered 2 French fries, 1 loaded nachos without meat, and 2 beers, but I was charged for 2 loaded nachos, 4 fries, and 2 beers. The total for the items billed should have been around $41, but I was charged $57.32. This discrepancy is unacceptable. I raised a complaint, but nothing has been resolved. I do not recommend this place, and advise you to double-check your bill if you go.
