Galos Flame Grilled Chicken

Don't eat here. Not only did they mess up our to-go order, but my husband and I both had unpleasant digestive issues that evening. We ordered two chicken wraps and were given two chicken rice bowls instead. They also did not give us any piri dip for the potato cheese balls and the tots. No cheese on the salad either. The food was not good and I found myself running to the bathroom twice that night.

We didn't have a very good experience with Galos overall. They have an online ordering system which is super easy to navigate, but there must be a disconnect between the system and the store because the pick up time we were quoted was 30 minutes earlier than the pick up time the store had. Regardless, they started working on our order when we arrived, so no worries, these things happen. After getting home, we realized our order was missing the kids cheese quesadilla and a side of coleslaw that we paid for. Bummer, but we dug into the food that we did receive. Unfortunately none of it was very memorable. The lemon wings weren't great, although the size of the wings were good. The breast and thigh were just okay. The fries and tots were standard. Overall it was just a let down from start to finish. I wouldn't return.

My out-of-town business visitor and needed to find something delicious for lunch. He mentioned grilled chicken and I remembered this place in Ballard / Fremont area that I had seen so many times and really wanted to try.We each ordered 1/2 chicken with the lemon sauce. It was awesome. Full-flavor, tender, filling, and good value.Check it out!

I am conflicted writing this but I have been a patron for at least two years because I think the food that I order is amazing when it's prepared correctly, but every time I order through delivery my order is wrong. The salad either comes completely different or is not dressed or missing ingredients. I emailed their corporate office and never heard back. I really do love the food but this last order was the last time I order from them. How many times can you send the wrong order to the same person?

This place is a hidden gem! It is never busy when we go, the food is delicious and the staff is super friendly. The food is always so fresh and cooked to perfection. Plus the food is reasonably priced and you get huge portions! Highly recommended getting the grilled chicken with a side of the tater tots, but everything we've tried here has been delicious so you can't chose wrong. This is a solid choice if you are in the Ballard area and looking for a fast casual place to eat!

Char grilled chicken sandwiches with a unique collection of side dishes makes this a must-try place. Relaxed atmosphere and not a soul crushing cost. When I went, Guatemala was playing Mexico in soccer. Cook was Mexican and cashier/server was Guatemalan.I excitedly told them that I was rooting for......a good game. I'm not stupid-at least until I finish the meal.It is definitely worth trying out. Only advice I would give is to ask for sandwich sauce on the side. Peri Peri sauces are wonderful, but a bit hot. Breast is covered in sauce, but my palette would have preferred a bit less on my chicken. Still delicious though...

My experience was not great. I ordered delivery through Uber and when my driver arrived it was the wrong order. I called the restaurant and let them know and said I would drive order to get my food. Not ideal but mistakes happen. I arrive at the restaurant and they don't have my order ready. In fact, they can't even find my order in there system. They asked me several times if I'm sure I had ordered food with them or if my order was under a "Tim" or "Jeffrey." I pulled up my order receipt and shared several times. Finally they sound my order receipt in a large pile and started making my order. Once I got home the tragedy continued. The packaging was sub optimal. The wrap I ordered, wrapped in paper, came undone in the bag. Lucky the food itself was salvageable. The box containing the bowl was crushed and spewed sour cream and sauce all over. They also forgot my side of sauce I paid for. The food itself was fine. Nothing special but tasty enough. I was disappointed with the size of the wrap but was full enough. I was excited for the cauliflower but it was fully breaded and fried, not what I was hoping for as a veggie side. Overall I can't recommend this place. Might be a better experience to dine in.

Excellent grilled chicken kebabs and peri sauce - we'll be coming back to try the rest of the menu!

This was a pickup order. The chicken livers had good flavor, but we're mostly ground bits rather than whole or sliced livers. The description says served with grilled onions and green onions. It had neither. Presentation was as unappetizing as a bowl of diarrhea.The fries were just a bunch of soggy deep fried fries. The description said they were sprinkled with. Spice. They were not. They were just soggy fries.The half chicken was just okay. It was a bit overcooked. It appeared to come from an emaciated hen. The breast in particular was quite dry. It had grill markings on it but absolutely very little flavor of its own. Of any kind.For some reason I was given a hamburger bun, half of which appeared to have been an attempt at garlic bread. It had melted butter on it anyway. The other side had nothing on it. I'm not sure why I got this at all. One chewy bite which I spit out.I would not recommend the food here.

This place was amazing, and the atmosphere was incredible! The food was delicious, and came out quickly. Promit was the gentleman that helped us place our order and he was very helpful and models what good customer service looks like. Maria was the one that made the food, and it tasted phenomena!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to grave a delicious bit to eat!
