Galbi Burger Smokey Point

I've been wanting to try Galbi Burger since it opened but it's a bit of a drive for us so we hadn't been until now since we were finally in the area. We walked in at a little after 4 on a Sunday. No one was there so we were able to order right away. We ordered a Jalapeño Blast Burger, Garlic Madness Burger + mushrooms, a large side of fries, and two fountain drinks. It came out to about $40. About 10ish minutes go by and we got our food. First impression: the burgers were huge! I'm always a fan of handmade patties so that's already a plus for me. My husband loved his jalapeño burger. My garlic burger was seriously lacking in garlic flavor to the point where I'm unsure if it even had garlic on it. It wasn't bad at all, just not what I was expecting. The portion of fries were massive but were pretty basic. The spicy garlic sauce we got with them was delicious. We'll probably opt for loaded fries next time. I love that they have Stubborn Soda on tap which is absolutely delicious!As we were leaving, we noticed a 8.5"x11" piece of paper with a couple specials on it. It was exactly what we ordered (minus the drinks) for about $10 cheaper. Pretty disappointed the cashier didn't mention that. Overall, the food was great and we'll definitely be back when we're in the area to try it again.

Everything was ridiculously good. The fried chicken nuggets were bomb. Try all the sauces!!!! You really can't go wrong and the service is wonderful!!

I happened to hear Galbi Burger is super trending these days so we made a road trip from Seattle all the way up to Mt. Vernon and Anarcotes so we could stop in Arlington to try out the Galbi Burger.Galbi Burger is located very close to the I-5 highway so it is a very ideal location to make a quick stop to take a rest and grab a bite to eat.  There are plenty of parking spaces for customers in front of the restaurant.We ordered two Galbi burgers from the Classic Galbi menu.  The staff was super friendly and asked us what kind of toppings we wanted for the burgers.  They offer many toppings to choose from but we asked for all as we are not too picky.We paid at the register upon ordering the food, and the staff served the food to our table.  They seemed to make the burger as soon as the order came through so it took about 7 minutes for us to get the order.  It was definitely fast enough for the freshly-made burger.After having one bite of the Galbi burger, I couldn't stop smiling because of the full flavor of Galbi taste.  It was unbelievably amazing!  The patty was very tender and juicy with galbi marination.  The bun itself was unique with softness.  The burger tasted even better with their fresh vegetable toppings.  The portion of the burger was big enough to fill my stomach without fries but I do want to try out their special loaded fries such as Kimchi fries next time.  I also think the rice or salad can be a good alternative to the burger bun because the galbi patty can go well with almost anything.The restaurant is very clean, the staff is super friendly, and most importantly, the burger is fantabulous.  I can assure you that you will never regret making a stop in Arlington for Galbi burger.  And I will definitely come back anytime soon on my way north.

YUMMMAAAAYYY!!! I dont think you can go wrong with any burger choice but we ordered the Garlic Madness deluxe burger with spicy fries, the Boneless Crispy Chicken with spicy seasoning, and the Jalepeño Blast deluxe burger with onion rings (not pictured). They do not mess around with loading up these burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, and galbi goodness! The bun is pillowy soft and fresh, unlike any other burger I've had. Keep in mind that these are galbi burgers so the patties are marinated in galbi sauce making it somewhat sweet. It is a walk up order and self seating situation, but they do bring your order to your table on trays if you're dining in. Seating was plentiful with both low table booths as well as high tables. They carry Pepsi product brand Stubborn Soda advertised as artificial ingredient free. Nonetheless, palate appealing! Many customization options for ordering, from fries or onion rings, to regular or spicy, and a choice of dipping sauce (so many to choose from)! Grab extra napkins and maybe a knife to cut the burgers in half, but know that the messy eating is well worth it!

Would recommend the garlic madness burger + loaded fries! Really hit the spot! Went here on a sunday night, not many people at all. The staff is super friendly, and gave us the awesome recs :)

12:30 on a Thursday in a strip mall next to a Tractor Supply in Arlington, WA tastes just like a Sunday afternoon in your Korean uncle's backyard. A dang tasty burger with a hand formed patty, crunchy lettuce and just the right portions of ketchup, mayonnaise (spicy or not), pickles and grilled onions. Nice!The Stubborn Soda Co fountain drinks are an excellent touch. I'm partial to the Pineapple Cream Soda, but the Black Cherry with Tarragon was mighty tempting. Service is quick and efficient. Lucky ducks in Arlington having this spot in your neck of the woods!

Galbi burger opened up in Smokey point so I had to try it for dinner at work. I've heard the hype but never partook until now. I ordered take out, Person taking the order was quick, the meal was ready in ten minutes so in my book that is quick for a place with no drive thru window.When I entered the place was clean but uh.... It's supposed to be a Korean American fusion joint. So where's the Korean dude? Or even the white boy!?!A little bit of a sticker shock at paying 20 bucks for a burger fries and drink, but the food itself was good. An obviously home made patty that was almost a smash burger. Good flavor on it but the meat patty fell apart and kept wanting to fall out of my burger. The fries needed salt but were nice and crispy.All in all I'd come back, maybe try something else there

Galbi burger is /alright/ for the price of the food. I will say, if you get anything with garlic on it- make sure you REALLY love garlic. The cloves are raw and sliced (not diced) so you definitely get a mouth full with the loaded fries for example. The burgers are okay, nothing too special. I recommend trying this place at least once. For two people it cost around 70$ so go after the paycheck hits.

Went to Galbi Burger for a quick lunch because I have heard a lot of good things about them.Great spot!! Very good beer selection, or cane sugar sodas on fountain if you would like. Also a cooler full of bottled brand name beverages if that is more to your liking.I had the Jalapeno Blast burger and it was delicious. Just the right amount of spicy heat that you feel but does not over power the taste, along with a shared order of the large spicy fries which we both very much enjoyed. The burgers are huge so keep that in mind when you go! Very clean family friendly dining area.We will definitely be going back to try more in the menu.

So this fathers day I wanted to try something new. I had heard alot of great feedback back on Galbi Burger so I suggested we order our food to go and go home and watch a movie. As we arrived the lady behind the counter was supper sweet and helpful. As we had never been there we asked for her suggestions. She showed us the menu and explained burgers she suggested plus pointed out how on the menu they had written on there popular option and there recommended option. After ordering and getting back home we dove into the burgers and did we ever enjoy them, The jalapeno blast had heat and flavor that makes me so want to get another sooner then later. My kid got that one as well and enjoyed it all the more. My wife got the garlic madness and expressed how flavorful it was. My mother in law who also ordered the garlic madness though had a different take on her burger, she said with her first few bites it was super delicious but after that she felt it lost its taste, but couldn't explain exactly why. As to the fries, we tried there regular fries and were not quite as impressed even with the sauces they were sadly lacking salt. Next time we will have to try the loaded fries. On the other hand the onion rings were nice and crispy and tasty. Over all we really enjoyed the food and service and look forward to returning to try new options and some of our favorite ones again.
