Fusion Tea

I'm very picky with my bubble tea and each time i order the Hokkaido here, it is always overwatered. I keep thinking there will be improvement, but it hasnt changed. I have ordered the Taro tea before and i was not happy with the taste. Tastes more like water than taro. My fiance orders the thai tea each time and it at least has that milky sugar taste. It is never overwatered. Unfortunately, it doesnt matter the drink, the bobas always taste stale. I tend to order bubble tea whenever i visit Pho Fusion, but i might just order the thai tea next time and save myself from disappointment. I need to give up on the other flavors i tend to enjoy.

I love the buy 1 get 1 free promotion. I saw a few reviews about consistency and sweetness. You can definitely customize how you want the sweetness and ice level etc. Excited to have another boba shop in Federal Way.

Lady took the wrong order and we waited for days. We told her and she said she'd fix it. She came out with the wrong drink again and told us to pay more for the drink we ordered in the first place. Sadly, the boba is disgusting and the Thai smoothie had a horrendous lingering floral fragrant taste to it. Worst than Quickly. and that's saying something. Iykyk.

All the usual Bubble Tea suspects (Boba Lust, Melody Tea House) were closed so we drove off our path to try Fusion Tea. Arrived at 11am to watch the business opener walk past the door only to realize she walked right past it (it was her first time working there). Was finally able to place our order at 11:10am and received it at 11:25am. We specifically drove here because they have crystal boba which after paying for our drink she mentioned that they don't have it. She offered regular boba which she said would take a minute to make and my wife agreed. It was then that I noticed the uncovered plastic cup on the back counter that was filled with what looked like boba had disappeared and am really hoping she didn't just microwave the boba from the previous day to be served. Thai Sweet Gruel: should've ordered it less sweet. All fruit was the canned type. It did have Lychee in it which wasn't on the list so that's a plus. Black Milk Tea w boba and extra ice: thin consistency and made from powder. We ended up throwing it away. The worker was trying her best but was put in a difficult position if it was her first day at that location. She had to call backup multiple times to figure out where the ingredients were. We stopped by S Level on our way home to get a jasmine tea.

Exceptional customer service !!!The owner is so friendly that even with the mask on he remembered us. I love trying out new things and I'm glad I did . If you love mixed fruits with jelly and toppings then They sure have many options to choose from . Also, they are pretty considerate of the whole situation and have separated toppings with container and lid for the yogurt/sorbet for others to just grab and add on your own without anyone touching it directly . My husband and I have met him since they opened fusion pho and can't wait to try their Dessert options . We usually just order to go , but the place is pretty clean and had lots of plants which I love . We will definitely come back with friends and family.

This is the second time I went there the first time I try here is when they were first open did not taste good so I went back yesterday to give them another chance I ordered on my phone because I didn't want to wait in line as soon as I walk into the door they have two dogs sitting on the table on top of the table each dog is on top of each table this is not right .. this places not clean NOT clean this is not a sanitizer Boba place none of the employee was wearing masks none of the employee was wearing gloves he was playing with his dogs and went to make my order and the girl just staring at me like she was confuse I threw my drink away no thank you I will never come back there again

Ordered 6-26-21 @ 10pm.Ordered blended drinks, for the price I would think they would properly blend the ice. Instead I'm sipping threw the straw small chunks of ice. Also the one the made our drinks didn't wash out the blender after each drink made. As the drinks had hints of different flavors as apparent through taste and overlapping/mixed colors in each drink made. Fusion tea you charge alot for a drink but you make them so cheaply. This should at the most a $2 drink. Try harder!!!

Decided to get boba at 8:30pm and wanted to go somewhere close by. This place was right across the street! They offer many things in the menu, ice cream, bubble waffle, boba, etc. we decided to get the Thai Milk tea & Hokkaido milk tea. The Hokkaido milk tea is so SO good! Actually the Thai tea is good too! The lady taking my order has very good customer service & offered samples. We got it at a perfect time (Buy 1 get 1) I also liked how the sonde gave a classic boba shop feel. Will be coming back!

This is my first time trying their waffle ice cream. They have a very good section of different kinds of ice cream to choose from, from sour to sweet whatever your liking is! The waffle tastes amazing, exactly what I need for this hot weather!
