Fusion Kabobz

They are located in the Barrio Food Hub! I ordered the Cali Bowl and Chef's Wrap. I love that they add seasoned fries to both dishes! The fries were perfectly crisp and the wrap was huge and flavorful. Their food is organic, grass-fed, and fresh. This is the fusion I didn't know I needed!

Excellent food quality, portion, and flavors. Ordered the chef special and was pleased how fresh and pleasant the seasoning, sauce, ingredients were used. The owners were friendly and helpful with explaining some aspects of the food. The casual setting with picnic tables outside felt accordingly to the environment. Sadly I was too eager to enjoy the food to take a photo for presentation.

Most delicious kabobs, everything is fresh and tastes homemade. They also have good options for vegetarians, I am a vegan and also ordered the falafel sandwich and it was very yummy. I will totally try the veggie bowl next time as well.

First of all I got to meet the owners and they are so nice! They put so much love in to all their food. This spot is inside the barrio food hub. The food is fresh and delicious! I really loved the beef kabob bowl. We also got fresh made pita chips and homemade hummus! My friends got the falaffal wrap and it was so delicious. Everything is made from scratch and grass fed. The food is very flavorful! We sat outside and enjoyed the food under the umbrellas. Make sure you aren't in a hurry because parking can be tough. I would highly recommend!

Outstanding food, presentation, and outstanding service. 10 out of 10 recommend! Being the location I didn't think I would have interaction with the restaurant. That not the case, the restaurant owner delivered my food, and since I stayed there to eat they came and checked on me. Really nice couple, with focusing on fresh ingredients, prepared in-house, and to order. Their passion in their food shined through. A hidden gem that meets plate!

Had the chicken plate today . Oh my good lord; this is the best chicken kabob I've ever had !! I urge everyone to order some !! Also got a ground beef skewer on the side . It was absolutely delicious!

I highly recommend trying the LoadeElote Fries. When selecting the protein, the website gives and option of GROUND BEEF or SAFFRON CHICKEN. (I recommend chicken)
