Fusion India doesn't just serve food--they serve a full-on Bollywood experience! From the moment you step inside, you're transported to a world where chic, trendy decor meets the vibrant pulse of foot-tapping music. It's like a nostalgic trip back to my childhood, with a modern twist.Every detail is a nod to Bollywood, from the decor to the names of the dishes, which are as entertaining as they are delicious. Our server, Shaan, was a star in his own right--friendly, knowledgeable, and full of interesting stories about the restaurant's concept. Now, let's talk about the food! We dove into the keema pav, paneer roll, veg noodles and chicken kebabs, and they were absolutely phenomenal. But the showstopper? The Maalpua dessert. Shaan's recommendation blew our socks off! If you're looking for more than just a meal, this place delivers an unforgettable experience wrapped in Bollywood charm. Don't miss it!

Best to go with a reservation, especially during weekends and Friday evenings. We were looking for a fine-dining experience. There was nothing fine about our last experience. They have serious seating issue during sunny days. We were seated in the middle row where our eyes were blasted by the evening sun. This is our 2nd time when we had to request them to change our table. They are always reluctant to do that unless we are persistent. The worst thing is their loud music! We got a headache after our one hour of dining. Especially, if there is a celebration, they will increase the volume so high! The whole experience was too jarring. Service was very fast, no doubt. Although, the servers seemed to be in some kind of hurry when they would bring our items. They would not ensure if there is any place on the table, just keep pushing things around which can sometimes lead to food falling on you. If you do not rearrange stuff on your table, chances are something will fall on you! When asked to change the plate, they would ask us to keep our cutlery holding while they change the plate. One should change the plate and cutlery without us asking. The quality of food was sub-par. Chicken was over-cooked. Fish was chewy. I would not recommend Shammi Kapoor Chicken as they tried Afghani style but it was nowhere close, there was no flavour except cheese. Chicken was chewy again. Rocket Singh Naan was good and Dangal Chicken was good. Golgappe shots were good. The first-time experience is fun due to all the uniqueness of ambience and serving. For repeat customers, that is no longer fun, they come only for good quality Indian food, even if it is a fusion. After paying a premium, you would expect some mouth-watering food, that was not the case. They surely need to work in their service to cater to clientele looking for fine-dining. We were very disappointed and if you are looking for fine-dining experience, then I would not recommend this restaurant. This is more like a premium dhaba ambience with loud music and sub-standard food which they call contemporary culinary experience.

One of the best Indo-Chinese food experiences I've had in Seattle. So far, the best Hakka noodles I've found in the city. Our server, Nikita, was extremely friendly and accommodating, providing great service. The ambiance is classic Bollywood with loud music and bright lighting, adding to the lively atmosphere. We tried a variety of dishes, and everything was fantastic other than desserts and the presentation of all the food was amazing. While the dessert presentation was impressive, the taste was average.I highly recommend their Indo-Chinese offerings.

Reservation is must if you are planning to go here. This place is busy and full of Bollywood vibe. Ambience is full of Bollywood drama and presentation of food is fantastic. Ordered paneer ka paneer punchnaama, fusion vada paav, Danaang noodles, garlic naan , rocket Singh naan , Golmaal veg , Desi dhaba korma paneer. Every food that we ordered had different flavor. And one or the best Desi food in Seattle. Taste- 10/10. Would definitely visit again. They have a variety of things in the menu. They have fancy names for every dish. Must must try.

A relatively new place in the Bothell region. Tried a wide spectrum of cuisine here but predominantly Indo-chinese. The appetizers are great here. The ambience, service and food all stands out. However what makes this place even more intriguing is the presentations. The burning train which is essentially an Indian styled chicken lolipop literally came as a burning train. The desserts were phenomenal as well. I tried the Sizzler and it was really delicious. The Paan cocktail and Banta Soda were refreshing. The one cuisine which didn't stand out was Amritsari Fried fish. It lacked the flavour and the quantity was a bit disappointing. The guave based cocktail was also about average. But overall a highly recommended Indian place.

Loved all the food! Reminded me of Bombay. Ambience, service was fantastic. Highly recommend the lollipop, it's Mumbai style. Masala pav was so so amazing. Lamb keema pav was great too. Wouldn't recommend the paneer shehansha- had an over powering ilaichi flavor. Masala thumbs up was really masala coke. Still decent. Chaas - would highly recommend. Malpua was a special was super yumm with malai but could be crispier and sweeter. Kulfi rabdi was nice as well- little frosty kulfi and rabdi was very less sweet. Surprised it came in a plate but worked well. jalebi was fresh and crispy and perfectly sweet. Dessert potion sizes are quite large( not complaining, just a note there) overall loved loved the experience, made me so nostalgic of Mumbai. And will be coming again and again.

**vegetarian review**I went here during a weekday evening and didn't have to wait to get seated. The decor is very quirky playing on Indian memes and movies. So are the menu item names. The service was quick and responsive. I got the fusion vada pav, paneer roll, veg kebab, rocket man naan, veg patiala and chilly onion naan. I also had the samosa chai combo. The vada pav was larger than usual in size and delicious. The paneer roll was very flavourful and so was the kebab. The main veggie - patiala came with side of rice and I hadn't had that type of dish before. It was new and delicious. I liked the spice level. The naans were fresh. I think overall the food was fantastic and I am surprised to find a good Indian place in Seattle area. On minor note I didn't really enjoy the samosa and chai but maybe I am too spoiled by my daily chai. Definitely recommend and will be going back.

This place was clearly where the party's at! Just bustling with people in big groups with families and friends. Surprisingly, we got a reservation with a call 2 hours ahead. Once we were in, service was extremely slow though. We had to ask multiple times to even get our order taken. We ordered the katori chaat, dal makhani, Bombay butter chicken, roomali roti, naan and hakka noodles. Everything tasted great, except the roomali roti. But I've never tasted good roomali roti outside of India, so that's neither here or there. Hopefully, will come again to try more of their fusion food and will receive better service.

The garlic naan at this fusion Indian restaurant is simply outstanding! It's perfectly fluffy, with just the right amount of garlic flavor infused throughout. Each bite is a heavenly blend of soft texture and bold garlic goodness. Whether enjoyed on its own or paired with one of their flavorful dishes, this garlic naan is sure to leave a lasting impression. Truly a highlight of the menu!

I recently visited Fusion India after their renovation, and it did not disappoint. If you love spicy food, this place is for you!As soon as we walked in, I was amazed at the Bollywood-themed decorations. The atmosphere was vibrant and fun, perfectly capturing the essence of Bollywood movies. The food presentation was top-notch. The mango lassi, served in cute cups, was less sugary and more tart, a refreshing change. The pani puri shots came in an adorable car display, with minty and refreshing water that added a nice touch. The butter chicken curry and garlic naan were amazing, you can never go wrong with this classic combo. We also tried another curry (forgot the name), which was packed with chicken and very spicy. The chicken biryani rice was delicious, not dry at all, and the portions were generous. We preferred 0 star spiciness, but all the food still had a kick to it. Finally, we ended our night with a tres leches cake, presented beautifully for my friend's birthday.Overall, it was an amazing experience. The service was excellent, and if you love Indian food and Bollywood, check this place out!
