The atmosphere here is dive bar. They do serve beer and wine only.The service here is great and the bar tender was very good with recommendations for beer that they may not have.They have a food special of cheese board and at $12 it was great.I do recommend this spot for a quick stop if you only want to drink beer or wine with a small sample food.

The service was fine, but the food was absolutely disgusting. The weirdest part is that it's pricey too. Like, a side of fries is $12. We went there planning to eat dinner but when we saw a waiter go by with another table's food, we took one look and decided to order a couple apps and then bail. We wanted the fries but when we saw the waiter go by with soggy (probably frozen) crinkle fries, we decided not to order. We got wings and a "tzatziki" dip. Wings weren't good. The dip was fine, but not really tzatziki. Unfortunately they give you like 4 pita squares with a huge thing of dip and then charge you for more pita.The worst thing of the night was the pita "pizza". Omg, the kids wouldn't even touch it. The layer of congealed mystery cheese on top was so thick...I don't know how this place is still open. Clearly, all the food is from the freezer. Not sure how one can mess up a pizza so bad.Please don't waste your money or hunger on this place, even during Cruisin' Grand.

Well, I have to say that it needs some work. Need to put some work into the furniture and cushions as they are torn. There were 6 of us and when we ordered. there was no champagne. We asked for sangria, they were out of that. She made us a make shift sangria and it was okThey were out of many things on the menu which made it difficult to order. I ordered a simple salad so that I would mot be disappointed. This used to be a wine bar. please bring back the classiness that this place once had.

I want to love this place because the food is pretty good but the service is so inconsistent and they are not consistent in their hours. We've left a voicemail letting them know their hours are incorrect on Yelp. They don't have them posted on their door or windows either. Multiple times we've tried to eat here or order and they don't answer even though the hours say they are open. Then when you show up to eat there will be nobody up front. Do you seat yourself, do you wait, is anyone working? When they do show up out from the back they act surprised anyone is there. Someone make it make sense.

Returning from a busy work day in San Diego, Fusion was just what the doctor ordered! Walked by the establishment a couple of times before entering because I wanted to scope-out the local scene, and Fusion is the best option in the area by far! A live house bar, relaxing atmosphere, great ownership, cool clientele, and delicious, trendy food. When I finally made my choice to enter, I was met by "Jamie" and we immediately felt welcomed and at home. She offered two seats at the bar and continued to explain the vibe of the bar, as I fell in love with the band playing just 4 or 5 feet from us. "Soul Seekers" a Classic Rock from the 60's and 70s group led by Pastor Bruce De Soto playing all of your favorites to perfection made the evening totally memorable! And the lead female singer was amazing to say the least!We sat, ordered a couple of pints from the establishment's large selection of draft craft beers, and a light appetizer of "Crispy Bogogi Fries" having dined only a couple of hours prior. The fries were delicious and the Voodoo Ranger Juicy Hazy IPA and Rincon Hazy IPA beers were crisp and cold. While sipping our beverages, we enjoyed the familiar tunes played by the band and watched as others swayed and danced to the grooves. Service was "top-shelf" and extraordinarily customer service oriented. After a couple of hours we reluctantly departed for home, and planned for our next visit. Thank you Jamie and Pastor Bruce for a memorable evening!If you are looking for a cool, laid-back, but lively place to enjoy great entertainment, delicious food, and a friendly crowd...then Fusion is the spot!Highly recommended.

I came in during happy hour on a Tuesday afternoon. It was not busy and we were able to snag the table that is also a nook. My son loved laying down on the pillow while gazing outside from the window.This restaurant is mainly a bar with few tables surrounding. Very dog friendly, I saw at least 3 people bring their dogs inside to the bar area to hang out.I loved the bulgogi taco, the sauce and meat were just mouth watering. It is $6 per taco for happy hour. One was enough to fill me up. The flatbreads are cheesy and delicious as well. I love the vibe here but wouldn't bring my kids again. This is a great place to enjoy adult company.

A hidden gem! We are travelers and just wandering around Escondido looking for a place to grub....and they beckoned us in! Super nice guys serving and bartending and really good food!!! Because it was a small place with a relaxed bar vibe, we expected just decent bar food. Nope! The menu was as way better than bar food. My hubby had a great Greek gyro, my son had tasty Buffalo wings, and I had spicy edamame that I loved. Then, my son had two desserts...Choco molten cake and then crème brûlée. Really...in a neighborhood bar? The best part was the fun and personable service. Finding places like this are the best part of vacations!

The service was slow and meh 3/10. The food was decent 6/10. But I could've done without the health code violation of another table having their 2 pet dachshunds indoors sitting at their table, at table height, licking their table, and barking at us and the other guests. The server even fed the dogs a treats *face palm*

This is one of the best places in the Escondido area for live music and decent food. I love that their menu is constantly evolving and they are trying new things. Hopefully some more good bands will come through here!
