This is not just your local neighborhood Chinese restaurant. You can tell from the number of people dining in and ordering out. With a large dining area and an open but separated bar dining area-with a TV- they can handle the high traffic. Servers are very attentive and observant when needing tea refills or time for bill. Our server still recognized us even though we had moved to another city and hadn't been there for over a year. Food is delicious. From the steamed rice to the shrimp dishes and everything in between, each menu item will meet if not exceed taste bud requirements. The serving size is satisfying as well. Always a fave when we come back home to Houston.

My order of Chicken n Shrimp Fried Rice on Monday was very delicious, filling and flavorful in every bite. The chicken n shrimp pieces were tasty, plentiful and well-cooked. The green onions, eggs, etc were also very plentiful. The rice was very tasty, moist, salty to the ideal degree without being under or overdone and very fresh. For Chinese fried rices down here, Fu's Garden and Tiger Noodle House are the only places that make it excellent imo. Some other menu items I really like here, along with the Fried Rice are the Curry Chicken, Sweet n Sour Chicken and General Tso's Chicken. Great, friendly service from my server on this visit as well.

As far as I'm concerned, they have the best hot and sour soup in Houston. None other can compare.Their lo mein is really good actually everything I've eaten there is really good . I've eaten many times in the restaurant but for the last several years all I've done is have delivery and they do a great job of that.

Great food and superb service. Located in a strip center and easy to get to. Large dining area with many tables, but a quiet atmosphere. Waite staff were most attentive and our meals were delicious. They have a diverse menu with many different dishes.

I always love Fu garden, my family and I order for delivery at least twice a month or more. Always friendly service. Food is usually at my doorstep within 30 minutes. Maximal usually 20 minutes. The food is always fresh. The portions are always good and it's one of my go to Chinese restaurants for sure.!!!

I ordered chicken with Broccoli, fried rice, a with brown sauce for $11.85 lunch special. The rice was overcooked and lacked flavor. The chicken with Broccoli had a sour and salty taste, making it hard to finish. Unfortunately, the waiter didn't offer a replacement. Chicken with Broccoli

Open until 10 PM means perfect for us. One of our go-to for after the gym foods and Tsing Tao while we wait. The staff are always gracious. The food is consistently delicious. Kung Po Chicken, Beef Broccoli, Steamed Shrimp and Scallops with Mixed Vegetables, and Egg Drop Soup are solid choices. They have large tables for large groups of family/friends as-well-as plenty of four tops.Food is brought with little wait. If you haven't tried or it's been a while; give them a visit. Enjoy!

The food ingredients are fresh - we ordered free lunch delivery at the office. It is adequate. The chicken fried rice is a huge portion. The Mongolian beef is lacking that sweet and salty flavor for me. It's a great bargain deal for lunch, the portion is rather large and could feed two people easily. The Mongolian beef flavor reminds me of a brown gravy - I expected a real nice flavor like PF change Mongolian beef flavor - the ingredients are quality though. I won't order again...the service and delivery was fast as all hell - the food was piping hot when it arrived and we are on the fifth floor. Maybe I should have ordered the kung pay chicken.

The food was hot, freshly made and was a fair price. I would say, however, the flavor was a bit blander than I've typically expected. Not that it was bad or anything like that, it definitely wasn't.

Been coming to Fu's Garden since I was a kid with my grandfather. I'm now in my 30's and he's long since passed, but I am grateful I have fu's garden to remember him & their amazing food he introduced me to!! I'm so glad they're still open, as our original location in rice village closed long agoTheir shrimp fried rice, with their unique sweet and sour sauce is always my go-to. & don't forget to ask them to put the pineapples in your sweet and sour!!Anything you get here is going to be amazing!! I hope they never close, and if they do I hope I can at least get a few recipes before they go!
