I cannot say enough how good my ramen was! I think I basically inhaled it. It had been a looong time since I'd had some good ramen and The Furious did NOT disappoint! The marinated mushrooms were an unexpected surprise... OMG! I also ordered shrimp dumplings and they were delicious and crispy! I'll definitely be ordering from here again soon!!

Yummy ramen. Good music. Always a vibe when I visit. Their Furious Bowl is tried and true.

Delicious! We were headed to Stan Mansion for a show and wanted ramen in the area. We had three choices and picked Furious Spoon. Glad we did. I was worried at first because the place was light with business. We ordered drinks. My daughter got the grapefruit fizz drink on the menu it was so delicious she ordered two. I had a spicy margarita which was delicious. The price was supposed to be $7.99 but on the bill it ended up being $11. No worries I didn't fight it. Our server was Olivia and she was soooo nice!! My daughter is also an Olivia so that went over well. Lol We had: THE FURIOUS - it was delicious! The broth was so flavorful you don't have to add anything to this dish. I added corn because I'm a corn head but you're good. TOKYO SHOYU - so good! This was a darker broth but it was like having a pot roast without the beef. So good!Oh and by the time we left, it started to get a bit busier. We were just there early and it was a Wednesday.

My first experience with Furious Spoon, I did not enjoy it. Didn't enjoy the food, the setting, nor service. That was in November of 2022. I heard that they had closed down other locations and put a strong focus on the Logan Square location, so I was convinced to give it another chance and I saw a pretty good improvement .Service: 5/5 The service this time around was so much better. Last time we came, we weren't sure how to get seated (I believe it's self-seating) but we were provided guidance this time around. Our bar tender and server Anastasiya was great helping us with food options, recommending drinks, making cocktails and serving our food! Food: 3.5/5The food last time I came was not my favorite. With a Gyoza and Ramen, it was not my favorite, too salty almost like soy sauce water and the gyoza was a soft mushy texture that tasted like peas. This time around we got the Veggie Explosion Ramen, The Furious Ramen, Pickled Veggies, and Roasted/sauced Cauliflower. The appetizers were amazing, really fresh & refreshing. The ramen was not as bad as I remember, but very similarly the broth itself was lacking depth and really tasted similar to soy sauce based broth. With that, this is just a preference, but the noodles are so thin, maybe changing to a more traditional egg-noodle may help make the portion feel bigger and help with flavor.Ambiance: 4/5The vibe of the location is great. Very street, chill and casual. The walls of the bathrooms are "graffitied" with art that seems to be from customers and they play pop culture music. It seems like a great place to be. I just hate the seating. The seats are wooden stools, they are pretty uncomfortable and with a stool-based sitting option for every table, there are other options. It makes it feel a bit hard to slurp up the ramen and hurts my bum and back. Great Points:- Service team was great and attentive- Appetizers were very refreshing especially with the ramen- Vibes of the location are immaculate Recommendations:- reflavor the broth to make it more rich in flavor. Maybe have it a mix of miso and veggie stock with egg-based traditional ramen noodles - add some type of back support with the high-top chairs (maybe get a couple of regular sized tables)

In our quest to find the best ramen in Chicago, sadly we may have found the worst. At least, when it comes to delivery. While the noodles and rest of contents are separated, the noodles and broth stay tougher so the noodles get overcooked. But the flavors didn't bring enough for us to want to find out by eating here in person.Mother Clucked - 2/5. Boring base. Cubes of chicken that didn't add much. Overcooked noodles. My wife had a few bites and refused to keep eating.Furious Ramen Bowl - 3/5. Decent combination of flavors, but surprisingly mild for the name. Also suffered from overcooked noodles. The mushrooms are oddly sweet.Kobra Karaage Fried Chicken - 3/5. Solid, well fried. Could be quite good fresh out of the fryer.

Was heading back to Sconnie and really wanted ramen. Decided since it was on my way home, I'd stop. Ordered ramen to go- had a bao bun as I waited. ( an excellent suggestion by the server). Very chill, but it was a Sunday eve.

I was disappointed in the ramen. I couldn't even finish half of it. It was more so a floating salad that a flavorful ramen bowl. I asked for it to be spicy and I didn't feel a kick either.Bummer!Service was fine!

Just wanted to update my review and send a well deserved shout out to the team at Furious Spoon.I've been coming here since it opened - time flies fast, so that's 8 years! A lot of times, a restaurant will open, be decent or even great, and then a few months later, it all goes downhill. It's a tough industry and even simple consistency can be difficult to achieve. In my opinion, this place has done the opposite - it's gotten better! They upgraded their delivery packaging (looks and travels great), and the ramen is sheer perfection. Maybe it's because I finally dialed in my ultimate order; Dynamo Shrimp with garlic relish, green beans, roasted corn and chili cauliflower. Each bite is better than the last; spicy, sweet, garlicky, gingery and you can taste the dedication that goes into making each ingredient perfect. Always a great experience.

I've come to Furious Spoon multiple times over the years, and I think that they started out good, and have only gotten better as time has passed. I'm a big fan of their Furious Ramen bowl, but with a little extra spice added. I wrestle with myself when I order this because the noodles that come with it are thin, and perfect but I also love the little extra spice that comes along with the chili noodle substitution. I have had their karaage before, but now they have added sauced options. We had the Smokeshow, and it is indeed a little show coming in a glass dome filled with cherry smoke. The sauce on these is a ginger sesame sauce, and it is sooooooo good! The only gripe I have with Furious Spoon is that they took away my favorite Ramen, and I'm impatiently waiting for them to bring it back, even if it's only for a limited time..... The Holy Cow! The spice on that bowl was phenomenal with ground beef and green beans. The drinks are also super good. I had a Dreamsicko Mode, and it was very tasty, and stronger than it tasted. I seem to find street parking on Fullerton with very little hassle. Cash and card are accepted. The staff are super friendly, and knowledgeable. When I was on the fence about the Karaage, our server brought us some of the sauce to taste to seal the deal.

Creative, colorful dishes and delicious, savory ramen. The servers are always friendly and easy-going. I love the variety of soup ingredients, such as dumplings, mushrooms, and egg. A perfect place for a tourist lunch or date night.
