So happy to see this pop up in my neighborhood. We have it a try 2 nights ago and we were very happy with the food. I had a Karaage Chicken bowl and it was totally authentic with a Mochiko batter and proper seeding for a crunchy texture. We tried a specialty roll and the Full Moon was a beautiful presentation with a tower of perfectly crispy onion straws to snack on. My daughter had a Chashu bowl that was pretty good- and the smoked salmon roll we got to share was also fantastic. The temp in the sushi was perfect- should be closer to ambient than cold and the flavors really popped. Japanese Music playlist and minimalist design really works. I will def be back and highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of having lunch here recently. Service was excellent and prompt. The dining room was very open and comfortable. We tried their chicken karage appetizer. It was slightly overcooked but it had good flavor. We also tried their poke. The sauce was amazing, but portion size was small with very little fish and topping. Our favorite was their black garlic tonkatsu ramen. This dish was excellent; we contemplated ordering another one but decided to wait for next time. Everything from broth to perfectly cooked noodles was what made this dish exceptional. The egg was marinated perfectly, slightly sweet with creamy yolk; yum! The pork was also delicious and it even had slight charring. Absolutely the best! Will return just for this dish alone. Highly recommend!!

I ordered the spicy chicken karaage bowl to-go and it was delicious! First, I was late to pick up my order so I thought the chicken would be soggy. It wasn't at all, instead still crispy, spicy, and fresh. Not to mention it was only $10!The spicy sauce was great, with some heat from the chilis which covered the chicken and rice nicely. Crispy garlic was also a nice touch.I'll be trying some other dishes on their menu.

I was so excited to find a Ramen place with chicken broth options! And it did not disappoint. The ramen was so tasty and a generous size. We had potstickers as an appetizer which were tasty as well as sushi. Everything was delicious. Service was friendly and the wait was not too long. Family friendly atmosphere. I definitely recommend.

I was going to give a two star but honestly, I don't see where I could give it to star for this restaurant. I really wanted to like it, but the service was terrible. It was gloomy. It was just dead. We waited 40 minutes for our food to come out people who came in and ordered to go received their food before our person next to us that sat down 30 minutes after we did got their food before us. 10 minutes into setting down the place was empty but one customer that's up before us. Once we received our food. It was soggy like it had been sitting there for the whole time. It was just terrible.

TLDR: nothing stood out, not amazing, not horrible. Just right in the middle.Came to visit family from CA and was starving after we landed in AZ. Pulled up Yelp and saw "best ramen in phoenix", took it at face value, drove there right away. It was about 6pm on a Thursday and pretty empty. We were seated right away and the waiter was nice and attentive. Happy hour runs pretty long (4-7?) everyday and then 9-close. We ordered some stuff off there but you really only save $1 from each dish. We ordered the following:- Tonkotsu Ramen 3.5/5It was a little lack luster. Flavors weren't very deep, chasu was fine. We had to ask for some spice on the side which my fiancé enjoyed. Not bad but definitely not the best we've had. - Eclipse Roll 3/5It was okay. I'm not big on cooked rolls, I actually was craving nigiri but unfortunately the pictures on Yelp didn't sell me on it. It was fine overall, but I would not order it again. - Gyozas 2/5We usually always get gyozas everything we order ramen and this might be our least favorite by far. No flavor. We would not order this again either. - Fries 5/5Per my fiancé, this was the best dish there which says a lot because I'm sure these are just freezer fries. Might have been our first time getting fries and ramen at the same spot. They came out hot and fresh. Nicely salted. Overall, it was fine but some of the reviews paint it better than it is.

As someone who's been to nearly every Japanese eatery that has tonkotsu ramen. This one did not disappoint! Cool little ambiance and good choice of music. Service was good, despite it being busy. Got the karagge which was a little lack luster, but the ramen....Broth 5/5. Noodles meh, whatever, egg 6/5, meat 7/5. Definitely in the top 5 ramen spots in Maricopa
