Full Circle

Today the salesperson came to our place. He was too aggressive and told me that I can't look them up because I will see the negativity. Then he tried to do a favor for him because he needs the commission. He tried other sales techniques from 60s and when I told him no, he became very irritated. Overall, weird interactions that I had not experienced for a while.

Super annoying door-to-door salesman who had the audacity to get irritated that I said no to him. So glad I did say no since clearly this company is a scam.

As many are reporting, some items are rotten or spoiled based on my standard. For example, 1/4 of Spinach wilted, all potatoes have sprouts. I washed spinach right away so forgot to take a picture, but the potatoes are shown below. Very nice lady came in to the door selling this box offering $10 off for the first box, so I decided to give it a try. Since this seems to be a heavily marketed company I see everywhere on SN, I had a doubt that they might be over priced. And my intuition was right. I got the supposed to be $34 box and the size of the box itself was half of what we once ordered from Klesick in stanwood. I ordered green lettuce, spinach, potatoes, green onions, avocados and carrots. Ohhh now I find I'm missing carrots....

I've only used it for a month, but so far I like the service. the quality is better than I have been getting at the grocery store.

My girlfriend and I were flagged down by one of your workers at the seattle SODO market 2 weekends ago. A woman who worked for this company gave us the rundown and we said we were interested but not fully committed. This worker insisted that we sign up and put our card info down and assured us that we would not get charged and this card info was only to receive a $10 discount if we did want to place our first order. We ended up getting charged for an order that we did not even select. This worker straight up lied to us to squeeze an order out of us. An "ethical" business is what they try to present themselves as but in reality they are dishonest, scam, cheat. If this is how they do business and treat their customers, can you really trust what they do with your produce?

Cancelled after third poor quality order. Brown bananas, beets the size of golf balls, lettuce ready for compost. Mealy apples. No more wasted money. I'm done

annoying door to door salesman. Very rude once I expressed disinterest. Antiquated business model needs to go. No one wants people showing up at their door unannounced.

Feels great to support local farmers, the produce is quality and their customer service is kind and quick. A wonderful experience whenever an item is not up to my standards, they always make it right, quick and easy.

I really appreciated the helpful staff and sustainable business model... highly recommend!

The best alternative to the current food system out there. I've enjoyed every box they sent, never had to deal with their customer service and don't have to rush to eat my produce every week. Customizable, flexible and plastic minimal, this is the kind of thing I recommend to anyone who wants to avoid the supermarket and support local farmers.
