As a former worker in the grocery business, I know the difference between a grocery store that values their customers by providing premier customer service and those that don't. Tonight, this Fry's store loudly communicated that the store does not know and doesn't care about providing premium customer service.I stopped in to pick up a rotisserie chicken for dinner. I went to the deli and picked up a chicken. The unit price was $3.50.I took the chicken to the deli checkstand and no one was there. A young lady was standing in the bakery about 40 feet away and I said "excuse me."She asked, "are you waiting for somebody in the deli?" I said yes and she went back to her work without assisting me.Finally someone came around from the back of the deli and asked if she could help me. I said I would like to buy the chicken. When she rang it up, it rang up as $6.99 plus tax. I showed her the price of the chicken on the sticker was $3.50. She said $3.50 was the customer card price. I put in my customer card and it still rang up at $6.99 plus tax.She called a floor manager and explained the issue. The floor manager said she couldn't understand why it rang up that way even though it said $3.50. I asked if she could do an override so that I could purchase it for $3.50 and she said "No."I took a photo of the tag and went to customer service. At the customer service desk I explained the situation. Due to Covid there was a plexiglass partition between us so I had to slide my phone underneath the plexiglass for her to see the photo of the tag that was on the chickenShe looked at it and said that's what corporate has been putting on the tags all day and said she didn't know why it was ringing up at $6.99 even after I added my customer ID number. I asked her if she could do a price override and she said no. She then took my phone and aggressively pushed it back toward me, turned and walked away.This is the worse customer service I have experienced in a long time and it is without excuse. I am visiting from out-of-town and will no longer choose to shop at this particular Fry's.

Lots of parking.This location still requires a face mask!Nice layout for a floor plan.Easy to fine things employees are helpful.Location is very clean. Employees at the checkout are very helpful. They are very friendly about making sure you found what you needed.

The experience I had here today was emotionally traumatizing and embarrassing. Cecilia needs to be fired immediately. I was using the self checkout for an Instacart order and was having a hard time getting the card to swipe. I ring for an attendant and stand there waiting for quite awhile. I watch Cecilia proceed to help every other person except for me even though I had been waiting first. She walks over and proceeds to speak to me in the most condescending way telling me "Look how you're swiping it." I wasn't sure what she was talking about and she just kept belittling me and making feel stupid. Turns out I was swiping the card the wrong way which she easily could have told me to turn the card around and the problem would be solved. This was so uncomfortable that I just stopped speaking. She then walked around saying passive aggressive comments out loud where everyone could hear her. When I asked her what her name is she started yelling asking me what my name was and caused the biggest scene. Not once did I say anything disrespectful to her to warrant that type of reaction. She needs to work somewhere where she doesn't interact with people.

Awesome customer service here from Adam & crew. I was at the self checkout but still the staff here is helpful & amazing. I love coming to Fry's & ringing up my entire order before entering my loyalty number for the savings - I always get a kick out of seeing the price drop. Ever since I learned that Fry's stopped cleaning carts i was completely disappointed that they could actually change their policy. I stopped shopping there along with all family members, neighbors and friends. How they abandoned their community responsibilities to reduce costs while volume and pricing is up is simple a case of corporate greed.Never again Fry's!

Huge enough but not as super Walmart but you get almost every thing you would like to buy. They have some good quality products unlike walmart. Although little costly. Checkout is pain sometimes due to very few self checkout kiosk.

I don't understand why you have 2 sides for self checkout but then you close down the one side and have everyone go to the other side. Only 4 were open and a lady had a whole shopping cart full to rim so really it was 3. Nobody likes waiting get more cashiers or open both sides.

It's not my favorite store but the cashiers are the best. Raul and CeCe in particular. They are the reason I shop there. Even the woman behind me said "the best cashier." I told Raul "my favorite cashier." Why? Both he and CeCe are incredibly kind human beings. All the staff I've met are kind. Darlene is another. I hope people respect them... it's not an easy job.

I routinely use the pick-up service at this Fry's store (19th Ave/Union Hills). I always receive excellent customer service--never any errors either! Today when I did my pick-up, Brandon brought out my groceries. Brandon provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. He was hustling bringing out orders--obviously working very hard yet he had a wonderful smile and a warm very personal-feeling greeting. Even in the rush of his duties, he took time to answer my questions. Super guy! Hats off to Brandon and to the person who selected him to work at Fry's!
