My usual Fry's did not have what I was looking for. I thought I would drive down the road to another larger Fry's. I saw a staff person who use to work at my typical Fry's. We waved and had some pleasantries. I found what I was looking for and they had an abundance of the item. Ok I'm happy now. The extra effort was worth it.Shared parking lot and WiFi.

If you're into a not so clean but cheaper grocery store, then maybe this is your place. Personally, I'd rather pay a couple of pennies more and shop at Albertsons. Btw, if you take advantage of the Albertsons app and member discounts, you'll pay the same or better than Fry's.

This is my neighborhood go to Fry's. I've discovered how easy and convenient the shop online and pick up your order process is. Each time I've used this process it has been smooth and easy. Get exactly what I order and it's quick, easy and accurate.

Seriously, the entire deli is closed at 4:30p on a Wednesday? And no pre-packages cheeses available either. A guy's gotta have his cheese. Hmmm??

Not customer service oriented! Booked pick up 3 days early. Needed to pick up a half an hour earlier. After many conversations couldn't do and wasn't willing to help. However I can pick up after...

I usually go to the Hayden Road or N 90th St Fry's locations, because they are official Murray's cheese spots. Someone was telling me that all locations now carry Murray's cheese to varying degrees, so I figured I'd try a quieter store to miss some of the holiday crowds. The store was still pretty busy, but not as bad as the other two, just busier than I expected. I was able to find everything I wanted and needed and then some. They also had a lot of marked down Murray's cheese - which I couldn't resist with the holidays around the corner. Appetizers? Charcuterie boards anyone? I also had a bunch of coupons that I figured I better use them or lose them, with COVID I've just been doing short grocery runs or delivery. Everything was fine until I got to the cashier "Neeve". The cashier clearly was a little annoyed I had coupons. As someone who has worked as a cashier before, I really don't get it. Even with a couple free yogurt coupons, she was taking the cheapest yogurts I paid for off instead of the highest. You'd think any coupons I used came directly out of her paycheck. My cashier got to the end of the transaction and two coupons wouldn't scan in, so she said I couldn't use them. I said, well can we at least take those items off my bill? I don't really want them then. The whole reason I got the items was to use the coupons obviously.. apparently she couldn't do that either. The manager on duty wasn't much more helpful, and what's even more frustrating is I had to ask her to call the manager. I mean wouldn't you call the manager to see if there was a better solution? The "so called manager" seemed very helpless.. I say so called because she really didn't have any solutions. As I was pushing my cart away the cashier muttered that she doesn't see what the big deal was, the coupons weren't that much money. $10 really? Does anyone say, yes please over charge me $10 when they go in a store? Is this even her place to decide what is or isn't a lot to a customer? So I ended up then having to go to customer service and explain the whole thing (which is in a really weird spot of the store) and getting them to take the two items off and then apply the coupons. Does this make any sense? Why did the manager not take me over there and do it herself? The lady "Irma" at the customer service desk was actually the most decent staff member I interacted with all night. She didn't understand why my cashier didn't do it herself since she has been trained on the customer service desk. That makes two of us.. Not only is it a huge run around, it's pretty awful service if you ask me. The store is great as long as you don't have any coupons or need anyone to solve any "big" problems.

Updated based on the pharmacy. We got a coupon in the mail that said if you transfer a prescription that is being filled from another store, you get a $50 coupon. Let's start off by saying that the coupon itself was very vague and barely had any fine print on it. I called my veterinarian and had her send the script to Frys instead of Costco this month. I never heard from them that it was ready for pick up, so I had to call them myself. I asked if they could honor the coupon and the guy said no. He said since the vet called it in, and I didn't make Costco physically transfer it over, it is void. I have receipt proof that my dog gets this medication from Costco every month, and they would have made up their cost for the 50 coupon in 1 month. I immediately called CVS and decided to pay 4 dollars extra per month to avoid the poor customer service that was bound to happen at this Frys. Keep in mind that even though the pharmacy has physically filled your script, you are NOT required to pick it up and pay for it if you are unhappy.

Negative .5 stars Went into Frys with 12 minutes to spare until closing because I thought that I would be in and out.I was greeted properly at the door by the lady cleaning the grocery carts I need to return a cleaning item that I purchased by mistake.A nice young man helped me by calling "Becca" to the front. I explained to the young lady that I needed to return something that I purchased by mistake and "Becca" immediately cut me off to hurry up and let me know that I cannot return or exchange the one single item that I purchased because it was a cleaning product?????I said look I understand that there is a no return policy for people that were hoarding.I was simply trying to return this one single item that I purchased by mistake. Am I crazy or is this new policy extreme, or selective? I bought one item by mistake and now all of a sudden it's like I'm a criminal because I purchased the wrong cleaning item?I felt that she was not being reasonable at all, nor did she care if she was or not. Maybe she just wanted to go home because stocking the wine was more important. What happened to basic customer service?I didn't need my six bucks bad, I could have taken a rain check for the cleaner that I actually needed or made an exchange for something close to the same price. If we're in "Becca's" position that's what I would have done.Ps I always have my GoPro in my hand because when you come to this fry's it's a toss up with how you maybe treated.Don't worry Frys I won't post the audio from my experience.I hope to hear from a more professional manager tomorrow. Once again everyone else was fine and I'm upset that I don't know the name of the other two employees that were excellent. I only remember the name of the one employee that had poor customer service.

Store has gotten somewhat better with the employees being friendlier accept for the ones shopping for online customers, I assume that's what they do. I've run across a few who will squeeze their big carts right in front of the shelf you're looking at and sometimes even park it blocking you. Guess online customers come first. All the self checkout lanes seem to have lessened the cashier lanes. I've been there on Saturday with huge lines and 2 cashiers max. Self checkout is fine if you have a few things but with a cart full it's a hassle.
