Fruity Loco

Some of my colleagues informed me that these ladies and gents at Fruity Loco offer $1 street tacos consisting of beef birria, adobada, carne asada, carnitas, or chicken. Well it's true!I had two beef birria and two adobada street tacos. The adobada tacos were very good. The adobo flavor was very good, the pork was tender, and the guacamole good. I would happily pay $1 for these tacos again.I thought the beef birria tacos were okay. They put plenty of tender beef, but I felt that the chili sauce needed a more developed flavor. It didn't offer that depth of flavor with all the herb and spices, not to mention those rendered red peppers. However, for a $1, they still very worth it. The place offers a good amount of inside seating but no outside seating. They also offer a variety of smoothies, fruit based drinks, and fruit salads. Service was friendly.

Great service. Tacos where good. Agua fresca was made fresh. Ambiance. Can't go wrong with a quick lunch here . Highly recommend.

Hella good and so happy I found this place hiding in the cuts I would def come again and also pretty nice inside n was fast as well

The Ham Torta at this location is my go to, I love that this place is a mom & pop shop that keeps their ingredients fresh & the portions bigger than their prices. I can't get over their amazing salsa's & tortas and honestly I wouldn't be surprised if everything on their menu is a hit

There are no dollar tacos in taco Tuesday. Tacos are 2 bucks every day which is not a bad price. Tacos are decent, I didn't try the asada, but the pork may be the winner. The asada fries were ok, kinda dry. Maybe add a chipotle sauce and pico it would elevate them.

My boyfriend and I love coming here! The taco special is so worth it, great vibe when you walk in. Super clean, tons of options. We love their carne asada tacos, my boyfriend likes their habanero hot sauce. I still have so many things I want to try but haven't gotten around to yet. What really makes this place is the customer service. I forgot his name but he is always so kind and cheerful and helpful to giving feedback or recommendations. He makes that place a pleasure to walk into. We are so happy to have discovered this place and excited for what is to come! I know the last time we were there was talk about expanding the menu! Let me start off by saying I'm a local loyal customer ever since I moved to Spring Valley. The first time I visited Fruity locos, they had a special going on which were the street tacos going for only a buck. You won't be disappointed. I also decided to give the California burrito a try and I can't complain. It's different from where I use to get it, however it was still delicious. Ever since more frequent visits, they informed me that their menu was expanding and was going to have more foods. They have various of drinks from smoothies to agua fresca and much more. The service is always top notch and the ambiance is lively. Plenty of seating area and the workers are friendly. If you're ever in the area, or is craving Mexican food give this spot a try.

The best tortas are found at your local fruteria! Torta de lomo is my favorite but they have it all here!! Tacos, smoothies, ice cream, nachos, tostilocos plus amazing service!!They have $1 taco specials and i hear they will be adding more to their menu soon!

Amazing mexican snacks. This family is doing it better than most. Fresh produce, clean environment. English, Spanish and Arabic speakers. Amazing quality. Amazing care.

I've been going here for a while now. But more often now that my wife is pregnant and is craving their delicious drinks. I wish I wrote a review sooner. The staff is always friendly and smiling. We tried their tacos today and they were super delicious. Their agua frescas are delicious I usually just get a watermelon agua fresca but my favorite is a cantaloupe smoothie. Couldn't recommend this place enough! Coming back for that almond joy drink soon!
