Frozz

Probably one of the more mediocre frozen yogurt I have tried and would only recommend if nothing else is available or fits your tastes. Toppings are stale and don't taste fresh, flavors are lacking, space has a run down feel and smells weird, and feels really generic overall. Don't recommend.I was in the mood for something cold on a summer afternoon and this was the only fro-yo place at Alderwood. We stopped by and instantly the first thing I noticed was the smell. It smelled damp or kinda musty inside and almost made me leave. However, we wanted to give it a shot so we walked to the back and checked out the flavors. Under one of the dispensers there was a huge pile of fro-yo on the catch that was not cleaned up. That's kinda weird given the place wasn't even busy. There were only about 5-6 flavors, half fruit and half sweet. I ended up trying the blue raspberry, mango and very berry combo, cookies cream, ube, and coconut milk. The fruit flavors weren't too bad and pretty refreshing, but just a little sweet. The other flavors were ok too. The real problem was the toppings. I like gummy bears and I didn't realize until I was eating them how STALE they were. They were as HARD as pebbles. They were nearly impossible to eat and I essentially wasted money adding them. I also added mangos, which were ok but definitely felt like they had been out a while. The popping boba was ok but again, freshness was a concern. The gummy worms were luckily not as stale but I could tell they had been out awhile. Do they not check for freshness or replace them?There was at least a decent selection of toppings and syrups, but the quality is questionable. The staff seems nice, but the overall environment and experience of this place is poor. The price isn't too bad, but the overall value for what you get is low. I wouldn't recommend this place for dessert and recommend you try another place if possible. Not worth breaking your jaw over some gummy bears.

It's frozen yogurt spot in the mall. Rolled ice cream attracted our eyes. And there we went - tutti fruity was my daughters pick. They put half a banana over blueberries and yogurt! It was pretty healthy! Lol if it was me, maybe I would have picked something chocolate-y! Nutella , banana , strawberry.. something along those lines! Haha. Lots of options and many prebuilt ideas / combinations! I love to see how they make it too! It's a fun experience!

It's so good and delicious roll ice cream and there is a frozen Yogurt and red bull Italian soda and of course DRAGON'S BREATH.))

Only frozen yogurt shop in Alderwood Mall. Very clean store and really good customer service. Highly recommended !

I ordered the dragon breath for my kids. I assumed it is safe to consume since they are selling it in the mall. I end up getting burnt in my mouth and my kid got burnt on his hand too. We then started google search about dragon breath and people had similar experience after consuming it. They shouldn't be selling this stuff to kids at all and should put up a warning so consumers could have known what they are dealing with before buying it.

My experience with Frozz's rolled ice cream was simply amazing! I brought my favorite gluten-free, sugar-free, and kosher chocolate to their restaurant, and they worked their magic to create the most delightful treat for me.The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even sweeter. With their warm hospitality and personalized service, Frozz has undoubtedly become my new favorite chill-out spot.

This review is only for dragon's breath. Cannot comment on the it ice cream or frozen yogurt. This location is inside the Alderwood mall and it caught our attention right away. I generally, don't trust places that have too many items on the menu like this one. I always think it's best to choose one and do it really well. Service was fine. The place had many seats available. Dragon's breath was super fun to try.

I highly recommend this place! Their customer service and ice cream are excellent. Everything is so delicious. I can't wait to visit again soon.

Unfortunately one of the more disappointing froyo places I've been, which is sad because there's so few left and I love froyo.-1 star for not having original/tart. That's table stakes for a froyo place.-1 for the texture. It was very noticeably gummy/elastic for some reason. Too much guar gum or something?-0.5 for flavors. Maybe it's related to the above, but the vanilla and chocolate both seemed a bit artificial tasting. I liked the coconut taro (I think that's what it was?) though. -0.5 for toppings. The toppings didn't seem stale like others have said, but aside from chocolate espresso beans (nice!) there wasn't anything especially enticing like brownies, cheesecake, etc. this is probably more personal preference though based on toppings I'm used to at shops I usually go to.On the positive, the staff were very friendly, and the place seemed perfectly clean.

The frozen yogurt is not good. Both the vanilla and chocolate taste odd. The rolled ice cream's flavor was better (not great), but the texture was weird. It was hard to get the spoon through it. Also, the dining area is dirty.
