Friday's Crabhouse

I think it could be a fun place but they really messed up our order and never came to tell us that. I had to ask after waiting for over 30 minutes. Turns out they gave someone else our food and ran out of it. So after an hour my wife had no dinner :( they did nothing to resolve it.

Such a great outdoor restaurant. Always crowded and you're to seat yourself and order in line. We found a great table in the shade, and we're so happy there. Ethan was our server most of the time, and was he ever great! Catered to all our little desires with a smile! He had great suggestions as well. Go here just to meet him alone! Lol.Last time I came, I had the fish and chips and they were incredible. This time my friend got them and he loved them too. The jalapeño poppers were delicious and I got the chicken salad with blue cheese. Boy, that blue cheese dressing is the best ever!! If you want a fancy, sit down, table cloths, dishes and silverware...this is not the place. Great vibe, music and young people working here. Super fun! Thanks again, Ethan I will bring more friends soon!

Wish we didn't go here.. Almost $80 for a badly prepared burger, frozen poppers fried in old fishy oil, tasteless fries and an unacceptable BLT.The BLT had two large bread slices, two teeny bacon slices.Burger was prepared by a cook who used his blue gloved hands to arrange lettuce, tomato and onion slice on a paper covered plastic basket, and THEN HANDLE THE RAW BURGER WITH THE SAME GLOVES, WITHOUT USING A SPATULA, and back to rearrange tomato, lettuce and onion.We have been sick for hours, with MANY trips to the toilet ever since - and that was lunchtime. ALL of this could be observed by us, perched on the top deck looking down at the burger station. Watery drinks in small plastic cups. Extremely unsafe. Should be shut down by the board of health.

Great view fast service food is good not great for the prices. Oysters are very large ( grilled) but not my favorite. The crab cakes were small (2) with fries but flavorful

Food was typical, nothing fabulous. One of our orders came 20 minutes after the rest of the table was done with lunch. There aren't any servers (you order and pay at the bar) so if service is important, stay clear. Sirloin burger was good.Chowder was okClams and mussels were a bit dry

Life is good...Donald and Nick are back to working the top floor of the gazebo! So glad.

Came multiple days during my trip to San Juan! Our usual fare was alcohol, so I can't speak TOO much on the food, but the fish and chips I got was good. Expensive for what it was, but good enough that I wasn't complaining. Fish was a litter smaller than what I was expecting. For drinks, we got pitchers, cider, cocktails, and everything was good! Just a nice spot to lounge around while waiting for the ferry or to enjoy the sun! Note: you have to pay for water - they say it's for the ice and cups (so not sure if it's free if you bring your own cup and don't ask for ice?)Would and will return!

Incredibly welcoming and attentive staff, super nice bartender, fantastic chowder and cold beer. What more could you ask for

Food was really not the greatest. The crab had barely any meat in it, the grilled garlic bread was very salty and pleasant to eat. I took no more than a bite of it. The captains platter was gross as well. Everything drenched in oil and soggy. Raw oysters were okay but pretty tiny. Clam chowder was alright but not something I would be craving to come back for. You have to walk out of the inside sitting to order food, no one comes to your table to ache k if you are in need of anything.

We really wanted the experience and fresh seafood, but it was closed every time we tried to eat there, even though their website and yelp said they were open. We were really disappointed
