Freya Bakery & Cafe

Nice little bakery, a little tucked away from the main street. They caught my eye because of the cruffins and pear creme brulee but they also have a coffee menu! Currently they have a bananas foster latte so we tried that. Their cruffins go fast so don't miss out in the morning! I expected the pear creme brulee to be warmed- more of a regular fruit pastry with a light custard. Bananas foster latte has a strong caramelized banana flavor in a smooth cup of latte. They sell some bags of Hagen Coffee Roasters beans. The Queen Anne location has more.

OMG THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! Delicious, savory and memorable. It's as if we walked into a bakery and everything was fresh. Which it basically was. So THANK YOU! for a wonderful quick meal.

I work in downtown and had to run an errand for pickup. On the way to my destination, I know that I had to pick up or at least stop somewhere for lunch. I stumbled across this cafe on my way and saw that they had Scandinavian baked goods! The staff was VERY nice and helpful! I got the grilled Brie and prosciutto toast with their pear brûlée danish and their original very own Scandinavian latte! Excellent menu items by far! The pear brûlée is something you should try! The place is popular for grab and go. Recommend coming here, the place is cute too!

I love this place! All of their syrups are homemade. I tried the banana foster latte, and it was not super sweet or super bitter... just right. I also tried their croissant muffin and that was a lot bigger than I expected to be from the pictures posted on here highly recommend trying it. I really like coffee shops that have fun flavored lattes so this place does just that. The coffee itself is very smooth.Inside the store, there is very limited seating. There's a bench and maybe six chairs inside.

Probably one of the most delicious cup of coffee that I've ever had. Hand crafted with care! This coffee shop is hidden below the public market and although it's small but it's definitely a hidden gem with their specialty coffee. I also ordered their chocolate chip cookie and even though I didn't get to enjoy it with my coffee cuz I forgot about the cookie I ate it later and it was delicious and soft on the inside and lightly crunchy on the outside! I also got a bag of espresso coffee beans to go so I'm excited to try that out with my own espresso machine.

This is an amazing jewel box of a bakery with lovely Scandinavian-French vennoiserie. We were on the way to Pike Place for a coffee but made a detour to this neighborhood place. The coffee is outstanding as well as the variety of pastries. I has a delicious cinnamon kouign amann and my husband had the Swedish style cinnamon roll. Absolutely delicious!

The desserts here are outstanding! Hands down the best almond croissant I have ever had! The churro cruffin a close second. Not too sweet and baked to perfection this is my favorite Seattle bakery, highly recommended!

The morning pastries were excellent! Their service was exceptional especially since I blundered with my pickup order. I placed a pick up order but did not notice that I had the wrong date. Fortunately, they still honored my order during the same day pick up. My family really appreciated their kind gesture.

Went here twice. First time, had amazing coffee. The Berry Latte was perfectly sweet. Loved that it came both hot and iced.Second time, ordered the same thing but it was extremely watered down and was mostly just milk. It was really disappointing.

Good coffee, definitely hit the spot. Very kind workers. You can see them making pastries fresh in the back. Small seating for waiting inside and water cups :)
