Zumies

I called all the zumies in my area looking for a specific item and when I called the Simi Valley store they were so kind and helpful! They went above and beyond to help me. The man I spoke with on the phone said they didn't have the item in the store in my size but he told me he would check the other stores and call me back if he finds it and they will send it to the Simi store...sure enough he called me back in a couple hours and said the item was being sent to their store. Even if they couldn't get the item I would still rave about their amazing customer service at this zumies because they actually WANT to help.

This is the ONE Zumiez I will ALWAYS come to. FANTASTIC customer service. Everyone is knowledgeable and never stop trying to satisfy customers. All are kind, helpful, and friendly. Crooks especially. He was extremely caring. Went out of his way to create a next day order for me just because of the holidays! All around GREAT energy. Thank you so much!
