Yesterday I ordered 12 pieces of their fried chicken wing. This is the second time I ordered 12 at $24 when I got home. The wings were hard cooked and dirty grease overcook. The meat was dried out nothing but bones. I'm very upset. That was my kid's dinner with the rest of the food I have fixed. This is unfair that I've spent as much money. I'm getting chicken this cooked. I've been sitting out there right half the day and I asked for fresh chicken $48 worth of chicken. I pay for it with less than 2 weeks. And the s*** was dried overcooked and dirty grease.

If you ever have a strong desire to indulge in some early 90's nostalgia, you've gotta check the little corner strip mall in which Zack's is located. The parking lot is live- with dudes hanging out playing old school jams from a boombox (I'm not fucking around) and you might see a classic car if you're lucky (mostly hoopties.) Anyway this place is an older, run-down corner store with a deli/restaurant inside. The Mexican food served inside is pretty bom, but what's even better is that they clearly have listened to and adapted to their community, and the menu reflects that. Sure, they have traditional Mexican food like tacos, tortas, burritos, etc. but you've gotta have the asada fries and my personal favorite- the asada sandwich. It's basically a grilled-cheese sandwich with carne asada on it- do yourself a favor and get the fried egg on top to really set it off. Tacos here are definitely worth looking at because other than the standard Mexican style, for a quarter more each you can have them "American style" with cheese and sour cream- cuz 'merica, FUCK YA.This place is legendary within the community and I would've reviewed this place a decade ago if I had realized I never wrote up a review.

Real food in a hardworking, run down, area of town. Once again, due to The Power of Yelp (a pic and recommendation by Nick), I was able to check out the delicious offerings of this humble market this afternoon. And, boy, am I glad I did. I was the second person in line which turned into a dozen after only a few minutes. Love when that happens. The girls making the food are gloved up, wearing hairnets and hardworking. Most everything is made to order...so if you order nachos or fries, they are made right then and there. I ordered an Asada Fries with everything on them (including lettuce) and a chicken and carnitas taco. The packed fries were $6.00 and included everything. Every element was high quality and there wasn't one piece of 'gag' in it. The tacos were seasoned perfectly, packed, and included all the works. And only $1.50 each.The patrons were friendly as was the staff, especially when you put something in that well deserving tip jar! The outside had a lot of folks milling about and the neighbor hood is rough. I wouldn't go there at night.This area of town is petty far from me but the food is well worth the trip. I just drove to a shady spot and ate in my car. All in all, I was grateful to learn of this great food spot, the good people working there, and benefit from the fantastic results of my venture. Oh my god, if you're ever in this side of town craving Mexican food you have to come here. The location sucks and it feels sketchy, but you can't say you've had the best asada fries in town if you've never ordered the ones here. The family market on the other side of the block used to serve the best asada fries, but that has changed. TIP: Ask for your sauce on the side rather than on top of your fries. This way the fries will stay crispy until you get home. I've tried the torta here and it was really good. I'm not even one to order burritos, but I did so here and I'm happy I did. The portions are huge for the price.

If you're an Edison student, or use to attend Edison High School, you know this place was the go-to for bomb food. Their asada fries are amazing! The best in town, way better than the asada fries from Arsenio's or Robertito's. I have only had the burritos, fries and tacos from here and I have never been disappointed. This place is in a sketchy area, but it is worth the try if you've never had it.

Every time I come I get their asada burrito! Petty large for the price! Comes with meat, beans, cheese, rice, sour cream, onions, cabbage, and whatever else you want at no editions charge. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the area nad the long lines!!!

The food here is pretty good but... I remember I almost got shot here too. It was a cold rainy day and i was with my friends everything was all good but then Venom came by and showed me the 19 inches of venom. The security brought the Glock out and started spazzing on him while I was getting his symbiote. The food was good though.

best food the burgers come with fries for only 6$ they're real fresh better then McDonald's and more affordable every food there's is bomb

Edison high school student so I stayed getting asada fries from here or some bomb tacos guaranteed terrible location but great food!

I come here almost every day for their 5$ double hamburger combo,and they add this red powder to the fries,which makes it taste amazing.
