If you should ever have a loved one pass away first my condolences , second Yost & Webb is the place to trust. My dad passed away and I had no idea who to call or what to do. They guided me with patience and understanding every step of the way. They answered every question I had and never made me feel like I was a bother. Modesto and Craig stood by my side from the time my dad arrived to Saint Johns Cathedral to Saint Peter's Cemetery. Modesto arranged flowers and photos at the viewing and it turned out so beautiful. He was very attentive to every detail like we were his own family. We had no flowers for the pallbearers to lay onto my dads casket (my mind was everywhere and this is one thing I did forget to do) Craig jumped into action and attached pins to roses and hand placed them onto every pallbearers dress shirt. And Scott, Scott was a blessing to us all. These are the kind of people they are! I will never be able to place into words the gratitude for them that I will forever carry. Scott, Modesto, Craig, and staff THANK YOU.

Yost and Webb took care of my father in 1993 and my mother in June of 2019. The did a wonderful job on both of them and were completely respectful, kind, and warm in our time of grief. The way they prepared my mother was wonderful; she looked like she was sleeping. It helped to see her like that considering that was the last time I would ever see my mother again. I do not have any pictures of the establishment as i was too grief stricken, but please believe me when I say it has a welcoming and comforting feel to it. So glad we chose to go back to Yost and Webb...

First of all, if you're reading this I am sorry for your loss. The people at Yost & Webb will do everything you need in order to help you through this rough time. They are so helpful, very attentive to your needs, and make sure you get exactly with you want. They don't go out if their way to recommend anything, they let this strictly be your decision unless you ask for their input. Barbara helped us out with arranging everything for the passing of my grandpa. She was phenomenal. At the funeral home they have their own chapel. If it's difficult to book your home church for the service, I would recommend using the chapel there. It is a nice and quiet little place to have a ceremony. At the end of the service they play a beautiful little video of your loved one using pictures you provide them with.Overall, such a helpful place.

These folks helped with both mom and dad. Very helpful! Both mom and dad passed in the early morning hours and they had their folks on site immediately.Reasonably priced, met all needs at a very tough time, no hard sell.... in fact, no sake at all just gave us what we asked for, and gave us some great suggestions on veteran services that were available .These folks deserve a Yelp 'Outstanding ' award

This review is based on my direct interaction with Jim and Chuck from Yost and Webb.During the hard time following the loss of my grandfather, Jim Copner helped organize and plan the funeral with no problems. He was kind, compassionate, and always available. When we picked out the casket, there was no information on other colors available, but Jim researched and called us directly in case we wanted other options. He handled the flower ordering for us, knew who to ask to sing at the mass, and went out of his way to make sure the slideshow video at the viewing was beautifully made. In terms of the cost, Jim broke down exactly what we were paying and why we were paying it. There was no ambiguity in the pricing. Chuck made the viewings run smoothly, which was not easy with the large amount of Filipino family members who showed up. He was aware of the temperatures of the room and the needs of the family. Overall, Yost & Webb was a good funeral home to work with. They understand the hardships that losing a loved one brings and did their best to help us say our farewells.

Last week you had a casket mistakenly delivered to you which was meant for La Paz, across the street and you failed to call them to notify them that you had it -- ultimately causing my husband and I unnecessary stress and worry at a time when we were already under so much in having to bury his father. A simple, timely call to La Paz could have avoided this huge mishap.

jim copner deserves 7 out of 5stars. He is a very nice person. Hes very helpful and helped me with the death of my father. Ask for jim or probably veronica over there and you will have excellent service.

I've used Yost & Webb for my mother in 2007, my sister in 2009 and last week, for my 41-year-old son. Each time I've done business with them, it was completely professional and comfortable. They provide on their website, an obituary that you can write and include a color pic of your loved one - at no extra cost. They provide the death certificate so you don't have to go downtown to get it. They are the last locally owned funeral home not connected to a nationwide company. They are an asset to their profession.

Yost & Webb was very caring especially Barbara. Thank you for all you did for my beautiful mothers services. Thank you for helping us during the most difficult time. Barbara did everything she could to help us lay our beautiful mother to rest.
