We went out recently for a date night & really enjoyed Yosemite Ranch. The waiting area was big & cozy, we felt welcomed and waited for our reservation. Staff is AMAZING. They are welcoming , caring, easy to talk to but yet professional and attentive. They made us feel so taken care of & not in a forceful way.For drinks: I tried the spicy peach margarita, definitely had a kick to it & tasted so good. For appetizers: We shared their steak nachos, soooo good! I especially loved the grilled jalapeño on top.For dinner: We both had the ribeye & shrimps that were cooked to perfection. It was absolutely amazing. For sides we shared a salad, mashed potatoes & broccoli. Everything was delicious.We returning & recommending to everyone.

Went here with a group of 7. It was a Tuesday night and packed. Super cool to see this business booming. The appetizers we had were the tempura rolls. The artichoke was flavorful and crispy. Brussel sprouts were cooked just right. Frensh fries were freshly cooked too. I had the Nebraska 20oz ribeye for my main meal. The others in my party had regular Rib-eye. I would not get the Nebraska ribeye that was a weekly special. It was very dry and tough. Most rib-eye's I eat are softer than what I ate last night. It felt like I was eating a top sirloin. Super tough and dry. I wouldn't recommend it. Overall, the service was great and food is good. I just would keep it simple with a regular ribeye.

Fantastic service and delicious food!First off- I highly recommended making reservations. When my husband and I came on a Monday night-- the hostess informed the walk ins the wait is 70minutes... so yes make reservations!Our waitress was great, she was always present and available even during this busy Monday night. The food-- so good. The NY steak was perfectly made, we asked for medium rare, and the chef delivered. So so good. Cooked to perfection.The house stuffed bread is a must.. buttery and garlic oh so good.Great date night spot or out with the girls.

I had the opportunity to try the pasta and found it to be exceptionally delicious and creamy. My husband opted for the steak, which consistently meets expectations. For dessert, we selected the chocolate cake and now understand why it has received award recognition. The staff were particularly nice and friendly.

Our pork chop, New York steaks with shrimp, and salmon were all beautifully prepared. If you like garlic, be sure to have your steak served on the garlic butter sauce - it's amazing.I'm not taking away a star because I have no actual complaints, but I think the experience would be enhanced with less crowded seating (servers could barely get through the aisles) and a few more dessert options (there were only three plus one of those adapted into a special).Be forewarned that the desserts are large - easily enough for two or even three unless you have a very large sweet tooth.Overall, it's a great place for a nice meal out.

We tried it, but in wouldn't go back. First off, this place is just like its sister restaurant "Westwoods" with a few more grow up choices o the menu (I.e. Sushi). We had a reservation as were seated promptly upon arrival. The hostess turn us over to our waitress and they were both very polite. The ambiance and decor is very rustic with lots to look at. It was very crowded so this brought a new level of noise which made having a conversation at the table and ordering our food slightly difficult. Our appetizers arrived promptly along with our drink order. The beer I ordered didn't taste right so they replaced it with something else on tap complementarily. Our food arrived hot and the orders were all spot on! The flavor of the steaks was good and not overwhelmingly seasoned. Good Smokey flavor from the grill.As I looked around, it is a very much so older, Caucasian crowd and I felt like I was dinning with the elite group from Clovis of the past. The bill showed up and it was exactly what we had ordered. You're looking at about $50 per person with drinks and appetizers. Could probably be cheaper ordering water...We probably won't be back but it was fun to try something new. Oh, and the parking lot sucks! Small spaces and a lot of other popular spots in this shopping plaza.

Everything from the service down to the food& drinks! Absolutely amazing! Can't wait to go back and try more on the menu. Went for a Gal-entine's dinner and enjoyed every dish! I got the braised rib over a bed of mash & broccolini & it was amazing along with the prime rib & pistachio crust calamari steak! We had the bread pudding for dessert and it was soooo good. Not overly sweet but a perfect pair with the vanilla ice cream.

The wait time even with reservation was a bit longer than expected but service was good food amazing

One of my fav steakhouse in Fresno. Food is always on point. Lately, I have been doing a lot of take out and so far, everything has been accurate. I appreciate their effort to make sure all their orders are complete with 100% accuracy.
