Yin & Yang Massage

Wendy gives one of the best massages I've ever had in my lifetime. She pays attention to the way your body responds as she goes about the massage, and she makes adjustments accordingly. She will spend a little extra time in an area where maybe you didn't even know there was tightness. Even though I'm never really in this neighborhood, I make a point to get over here every other week just so I can get a massage from Wendy. She is truly sensational. The only reason this isn't five stars is because there have been a few times where I've called ahead and been told that Wendy was available for a massage, only to arrive and be told otherwise and been stuck with another massage therapist. I would have appreciated honesty but instead I felt like I was manipulated into coming in, only to be told at the last minute that the plan had changed. But I still got decent massages during those sessions, they just weren't on the same playing field as Wendy. Anyhow, thanks Wendy and team! Nice to have an affordable but still INCREDIBLE quality massage!

Wrting a review about a massage is difficult since everyone has their own opinion about what would be "good". I guess the best way to do this would be to break it down.The facility itself is clean and quiet. Each room is private with the exception of one room that has two beds for couple massages. The music that is played is at an appropriate level and relaxing. Each room door has sheer maroon coverings over the windows which are doubled up In the center however the top could be slightly see-through if the light is just right. Every time I have walked down the hallway to my private room I have never been able to see inside where a patron is. I feel the covering is sufficient. I particularly like that they are private rooms and all of the windows are adequately covered to not allow outdoor light shining in during your massage. Other locations do not do this nearly as well as this location. One of my big pet peeve's is light shining in from the front window which greatly reduces my ability to relax. I have been to this location about 10-12 times and is one of my favorite walk in massage parlors. I've brought friends with me on about 5 occasions. I will say that if you are modest this is not the location for you. Generally speaking the modest cloth is not used in such a way to protect your modesty. Personally it doesn't bother me, but I do not bring my friends here that are very shy and modest.I did have one experience when the masseuse had requested a larger tip from my friend. I generally am a decent tipper and have never had this issue personally. However, I do find it unprofessional to ask for a larger tip. In my opinion, a tip is given for a service rendered and the amount should be at the discretion of the customer. I would never increase my tip because the employee requested it. I feel this may have something to do with cultural differences. I typically tip $10 for an hour massage. Getting a masseuse that fits your likes is usually the most important thing when you are going to a new massage parlor. Being that this is a walk in style massage you do tend to get different people each time. You can however call to make an appointment with a particular person if you would like.There are only female employees at this location. My personal favorite is the Denise she has consistent pressure throughout the massage. She is able to usually work out my problematic areas every time. I have told her to focus on a particular area due to pain or tension and she has always fulfilled all of my requests. My pressure Preferences is medium and short bursts of higher pressure when working a problem areas followed by a relaxing rub after. For the cost and the ease of walking in and typically not having to wait a long period of time I really like this location. Others around this area usually have a open room, more noise, much less privacy, for roughly the same amount of money.Update: Ko-Ko did an amazing job! Released all the tension in my neck and shoulders!! THANK YOU!!

Today was my second time back to this place. The first time was good and was not force to give any tips. However today i after the massage was over and i came to sign the credit card slip i put $20 dollar tips. She was not happy. She then say it was a good massage and it should be more. I already printed the tip total on the receipt so i reach into my wallet to give her another $10 buck. She's like more. I was thinking how much more can you ask for tips?? Then i got another $15 buck and handed to her. She then look at it and say thank you! WTF! I will never return to this place again. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. Unless you would like to tip 100%.

We went to this place with my spouse and the staff were talking instead of working and that's not the worst part, at the end my wife was handing down a $20 dollar bill for tip but the staff was asking $40 dollar stating "$20 for each". The massage was mediocre at the least, will not recommend.

Good massage with oil. I tried their cupping for first time. I got a lot of relief in shoulders and lower back where I have chronic issues.

This is the place to go for a great relaxing massage. Very clean place. Fresh clean linen (To me, this is very important) private rooms, quiet relaxing atmosphere. The masseuses here are great. If you take the time to show them any problem areas you have (neck, shoulders, arms, upper/lower back, legs, ankles or feet) they will focus on these areas a little longer. I find this makes for a more enjoyable, relaxing and pleasant massage.I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great relaxing massage experience at a good price.

The very best massage in Fresno. Clean and comfortable, very nice and professional staff. The hours are great. Usually can get right in. I always come out feeling better and relaxed. I have been a client for years, and plan on being one for years to come. Yin Yang is just behind Out Back Stake House. You will not find a better deal for the price.

Do NOT come here! The worst customer service ever. They are so loud you can't even enjoy ur massage it's not relaxing whatsoever.. They only treat CERTAIN customers w respect. If they think you don't have money they will treat you like absolute shit. Extremely rude ppl just save ur MONEY and TIME and go somewhere where u are VALUED.

IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD.Never come to this place, they want to ask for more money after only 10 mins. They switch off people during a massage, they're speaking so loud and not relaxing at all. WORST PLACE EVER.
