Yan's Chinese Grill

Went back in just because I was close by in the mall. About 11:30, I was the only one there. That should have tipped me off. I first asked for steam rice, was told that they didn't have any yet. Went downhill from there.

Horrible! This place used to be good like 15 years ago. Went school shopping and decided to stop for a quick bite....immediately regretted that decision. Everything looked days old, no ice, only person there was a teenage girl more interested in being on her phone than serving the customers. This place needs to close down

Dont eat here!!!!! Food was horrible we found a hair in my daughters food and when we took it to the lady she wanted to scoop the entree with the hair out and just replace that part. On top of that food was nasty, noodles felt like they had been sitting there all day. Will never come back to this place again.

It's not too bad, pretty good for their price. It's very slow so the food gets old, but the food is pretty great, especially the orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, fried rice and chow mien. It only cost 5.72 for two entree plate! Taste better than Panda Express and other places.. The amount is very generous. The staff there are very nice and quick to serve you. I will surely return and give it a five star next time if I get fresh food!

All I'm gonna say is never again!!!! DONT DO IT and they didn't even have half of the food that was on their menu. Chow mein & orange chicken were the worst I've had so far in my life so congrats on that title. Horrible -.-

I should've listened to the reviews. I was shopping near Sierra vista mall and I was craving Chinese food. I saw that this one was the nearest one. However, I did see low reviews but I decided to give it a try. When I walked in, it was DEAD. I was like okay? Part of me wanted to walk out but I felt bad. I ordered half fried rice and half chow mein, orange chicken and sweet & sour chicken. The girl did give me a lot of food. As I was looking at the food, it didn't look to appetizing to me but then again I didn't want to judge before tasting it. I got home and took my first bite of fried rice. Horrible!! It tasted and smelled BURNT. Then I took a bite of chow mein. Horrible! Super dry, hard to chew on and no flavor. Same with the sweet and sour chicken, super hard to chew on. The orange chicken was okay. That was chewable. I'm 100% for supporting family owned businesses but they really need to improve on the food. I'm really going to throw away a whole plate of Chinese food. Prices are great but the food isn't good!!

These guys are not professional cooks.The owner seriously needs to change the way his food tastes. Owner/Manager Please go to golden horse or Lin's fusion in Fresno and see how Chinese food is supposed to taste. If you don't change your flavor you will run out of business . I tasted 5 of your chicken & it had no flavor at all.

The only saving grace of this place is the Chow mein noodles. The Kung Pao chicken was greasy, and the rest of their food that were supposed to contain fried meats (ex. Sweet and sour chicken) had more of a powdery consistency coating. The girl who took our orders had a pretty crappy attitude and didn't seem to want to be there. If someone wants to work in a restaurant at the counter or dealing with customers, their attitude should reflect that. If you like poor service, feel free to go by, otherwise I definitely wouldn't want to recommend this place

Today I got a soggy wet Chinese chicken salad with thousands island dressing. Took one bite and it tastes so awful. I have never had Chinese chicken salad like this.
