We recently hired Yanez Construction to re-plumb our home...they were incredibly fast and very clean. The crew was extremely polite and professional! Beyond impressed with the service and work!!!!I recommend them to everyone!

A great experience from start to finish working with the owner and staff at Yanez Construction I would recommend them to family and friends.

Constant issues. No communication between people who work for the company. Most of the employees, who actually do the work, speak very little English. Dishonest in the office. I was charged for alot of work that didn't get done and had to go over the paperwork and fight them twice (with the guy who came out seeing what hadn't gotten done) before them finally saying "if you can pay the full amount now we can give you credit for those items" which weren't done and I wouldn't pay for anyway. The only positive experience I had with them is the guy and his son who came to install the flooring! Professional, spoke english and was very good at his job! The guys who did alot of the work tried to sneak off with my vanity which was supposed to be replaced and when I confronted them about it they just kept saying "insurance". I told them to take a picture but that they were leaving it. When I told the guy who does all the paperwork about it he said "they are supposed to dispose of things like that" if that's the case then why is there still baseboard sitting on my pool deck from what they took out?

Our water heater broke and had water damage with bedroom walls, garage, and a pipe was also leaking from the wash room. I called Yanez Construction, Julio came by and explained to me everything that had to be done detail by detail. He provided all the necessary paperwork for the insurance. Cipriano took care of the construction. He constantly provided me with information on when, and who of his crew was coming that day or the following day. Both he and Julio were always accommodating to my phone calls and concerns. The crew was always professional and kind. They also cleaned up after themselves and protected my property. There professionalism is outstanding. They're honesty and upright standards is something to be admired by all business. Their office crew were on it. This is a amazing place to have any work done to your home. I was treated fairly, kindly and honest from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone with and construction needs. Thanks Yanez

I purchased a home from Yanez in 2022. At the time there were approved floor plans and lots from which people may choose. Since then they completely changed and or added floorplans which significantly changed our neighborhood and in my opinion for the worse. Although the quality of the homes are ok the customer relations are absolutely terrible. If you are thinking about buying a yanez home, you might brace yourself and be ready for many weeks of frustration and misery. I can't stress enough BRACE YOURSELF! There were absolutely no correspondence with any updates,news, directions, time frames, construction schedules. My home was finally built 6 months late which ended up costing me over 10k. Extremely poor business model. I'll NEVER do business with Yanez again. After speaking with more than half my neighbors, turns out they all had the same experience. Hope this helps you.

We recently hired Yanez Construction to complete a bathroom remodel and room addition to our home. This is our second experience with Yanez as they did a remodel at our business office a few years ago. I cannot say enough good things about this company to do them justice. The process was not only positive, but actually enjoyable. We were in near constant communication regarding the daily activities and what to be prepared for the next day. Requests and questions were genuinely heard and discussed. Everyone was very honest, kind, hard-working, and professional. They consistently went above and beyond our expectations and even helped out with an additional project that was not their responsibility. I have complete confidence in recommending Yanez Construction for your construction needs!

We had BIG issues with this company. We found they do not communicate well. Do not follow code. Tore out our firewall between the garage and home. Did not inform us that it is illegal to reside in a home that does not have a firewall in place and expected us to live without any type of barrier to the garage (only the wooden frame) for several weeks because the dry wall crew was too busy. NO THANK YOU.

We just had two bathrooms completely remodeled, back to back, in our 35-year old home. YANEZ Construction did a super wonderful job. From start to finish with the estimate and insurance part to the final day, it was a very good experience. Everything from the beginning was made very clear to us and all of our questions were answered and explained every step of the way. Very professional, efficient, and polite project manager, workers, and office staff. Everyone was always eager to please and very professional. This was our first ever remodeling experience for us and we are so thankful and happy and pleased that YANEZ Construction was in charge of it. YANEZ Construction were the experts but our ideas and requests were always honored and treated with respect. A very top notch company with high standards at every level.
