I bought a house in Fresno with Yager Realty and the experience was great. Shauna is very patient in guiding me through the whole buying process. She referred valuable contacts such as lenders, home inspectors and contractors to me. She answered all my questions and sometimes worked very late at night to ensure the transaction goes through. There was a delay with my mortgage and closing because I elected to use my own lender - Chase. but Shauna helped me negotiate with the seller and I didn't have to pay penalty for the delay.I expect to receive a commission rebate from Yager Realty after closing. But to be honest, Yager Realty definitely provides much better services than a traditional broker who does not pay any rebate.

The owner of this company callled an apologized for one of her employees who had come to our house after 9 pm at night. Asking about a lock box that the realtor should have removed 14 months ago when we bought the house. I still think the situation was odd but the apology was nice.

Yager Realty has given us the best service ever. We are first time home buyers and they've given us insight as if they were buying the homes themselves. We personally worked with Shauna and she kept us up to date and answered all questions within 24 hours. We did not have a bad experience compared to all of our friends and families experiences of buying a home. Shauna made sure our home buying experience process was very smooth and timely. I had an appointment today, I showed up on time. First off, there was no indication of which door was the actual business door, especially from the parking lot. I walk in, there's a beep to indicate I've walked in. I wait five minutes, no one pokes a head out, walks by, checks on me. While I'm standing, waiting, I hear lots of laughter. I notice several advertisements and business cards for sprinkler companies, lawn care, garbage removal, etc. these cards and advertisements are all over the desk. This gives me an uneasy feeling, it just doesn't feel right. After five minutes I walk out, another beep indicating the door has been opened. I get to my car, and start to pull out of the parking lot. A lady comes running out, waving her arms at me. I stop, and tell her I had an appointment, I showed up on time, no one helped me, no one checked in on me. Very unprofessional. I'm not paying someone a large sum of money after that kind of treatment. I don't expect to be wined and dined, but I do expect decent service. The entire office set up looks very cheap and unprofessional. I'm going with someone else and I'm fine with paying more. You get what you pay for.

I'm in San Diego was a little nervous about an out of town broker, but Brian was super responsive and never left me hanging. This was our first FSBO and it couldn't have been easier. We closed for 50% over what we bought it for and saved a ton by not paying a selling agent. I would do it again anytime and have already referred his services to our neighbors when they move. Everything went on the MLS fast, updated as expected and was 100% accurate. I closed Escrow in 30 days and the Yager team was a direct contributor to that! Thanks Brian and the team at Yager.

My husband and I are do-it-yourself-ers with just about everything, but we both hate sales! With Yager we were able to use our own photos, write our own description, and still have pros to co-ordinate the listings on all of the popular real estate sites and to deal with the negotiations. I used Yager Realty to sell my house and was very happy with the results. My house sold for $350k more than any real estate agent told me it would sell for and I think I got an extra $100k by using Yager Realty instead of a traditional agent.

If you want to sell by owner, this is the best way to go. They give you all the options you need. They give you the leads and phone calls as promised. I can't say enough about the service they provide. Thank you Brandon and Jennifer. You saved me the sellers agent commission by allowing me to list on the MLS and forwarding the calls and leads. I will recommend you to friends and family, and I will most certainly use you again.

This is a second review. Last year I sold a property with Yager and it sold very quickly. I mostly worked with Sarah. Now she is no longer there, and after an initial conversation with one of the owners, my emails were ignored. I have two houses to sell in the next two years, and I will be using a different flat rate realtor.

Shauna rented our house to use as a rental. She never paid her rent on time and cheated us on our last month's rent. It was our first time renting out a home and I thought I could trust a realtor. I didn't collect last month's rent from the beginning. I couldn't believe that someone in the realty business would be so unprofessional. We tried numerous times to get her to pay up but she always has some excuses and ignored my texts. I'm absolutely disappointed in Shauna and the way she conducted business. Dishonest!!!!
